Absolutely love Associates In Dermatology! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to take care of all their skin needs, cosmetic or by the dermatologist! The front staff is very attentive to all my needs. Especially, by getting me an appointment in a reasonable time frame. When I arrive for my appointment just call and check in they screen you for Covid.

Once I pass the "test" I come in make my co-pay and have a seat at a blue X. (social distancing) If the provider that I'm seeing that day is running behind they inform me so I'm not just there waiting and waiting on wondering what's going on. Everyone is always professional. The office overall has a very warm and bubbly feeling. Thank you AIDERM for treating myself and my children! You guys rock!

The process of having my son's blood drawn for Accutane (but they don't draw it at their office) is not organized. I have had to make several calls to the lab and the derm office to coordinate faxing the results to the dermatology office. I understand that LFTs need to be monitored when a patient takes Accutane, but why not just do the lab draw at the dermatology office - frustrating.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, they are requiring masks for everyone, regardless of vaccination status! When you park in front of the building, there is a sign reading to call, . then they will call you in and request you sit in a seat marked with a BLUE X. Social distancing. The Staff were great (as usual) and friendly, and respectful of individual privacy.

I My interactions were with Ms. Alison, Ms Hanna, and Dr. Walters They will take your temperature before guiding you to your appointment. You will asked the routine questions about your current "have you been, ." They are keeping you and themselves healthy.

I had an appointment with Dr Carol, she gave me instructions and I called to follow up with clarity. I got someone by the name of Tammy, OMG! Horrible customer service, she didn't know anything and seem to not care to even try helping. Dr said I can use the meds I have listed on the paperwork, nurse said don't use it isn't safe. Be more helpful Tammy! Tammy was not helpful and was very rude on the phone. I will never return here. I prefer to spend my money where I receive better service.

It has been extremely difficult for me to take off work due to being short staffed. And one request for an appointment was approved and the other was declined. One for myself and the other for my daughter. It was more important that my daughter be seen. I called the practice and explained how hard it's been for me to make an appointment. I wanted to move her appointment slot to mine since my time slot was approved.

The receptionist said she was unable to accommodate me. And was not helpful whatsoever. She said you were scheduled for a full body scan and we only do those in the afternoons. So i was confused why they couldn't see my daughter for her acne. She is feeling very self conscious. And wanted to be seen before school started. But i will schedule elsewhere since the staff clearly doesn't care. She could of asked a manager or a doctor to see what could be done. It makes me so angry that customer service is put on a back burner.

This office is AMAZING! They have been great with my young daughter. They always get us scheduled quickly and are so wonderful to visit. They are taking Covid seriously and have put precautions in place to keep patients and staff safe, but they are always running ahead of schedule. Every visit is a wonderful experience and the staff members are so kind.

From the providers to the front office this clinic is top notch. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dermatology practice on the Peninsula. You won't be disappointed!

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a microneedling appointment and requested that the consultation be done the same day so that I wouldn't need to take as much time off work to which they obliged. Exactly one week before my appointment they called me to tell me the appointment was scheduled by mistake since they don't normally do consultations the same day as the appointment.

We agreed to try to have a virtual or phone consultation prior to my visit to which I happily agreed. Then come money they call me to tell me "Something came up" so I need to reschedule. Completely unacceptable. I was going to recommend this place to a friend who was also seeking to have procedures done. Now I'll be sure to tell people where NOT to go if they're ever looking to have a service done.

We've been here a couple of times. Always taken back on time. Tanja Nunnold is great! She is knowledgeable plus she is friendly and sweet. Which makes it easier for a teenager to want to come back and see her.

Professionalism, patience, competence, and humor from Dr. Leslie Coker and her team made my day. My only regret is that I had but one lipoma to give. Should I have any new growths, I will definitely call them again.

I am so disappointed in this establishment. The tech doing the biopsies on my skin was rude and arrogant. She had an unbelievable attitude. Now a year later I find out that the one biopsy that came back was in actuality positive. Here I am having walked around for over a year with cancer growing in my body due to her carelessness. Additionally the other biopsy that came back positive was handled with a very passive approach. I left there and went to another facility and opted for an aggressive approach. I would not send my dog there.

The service was awesome I feel like dr tony really cares the only down fall is that the third party the use for prescriptions still hasn't contacted me for my prescription and it's been about 3 weeks but the samples she gave me have really lasted and they offered to give me more while I wait for the prescription to come in other than that so far so good

Dr. Coker has the best bedside manner. She also is clearly leading in her field because all of her staff are very knowledgable-- and are clients too! Janine is flat-out genius with forehead 'tox work. Genius. Even after I moved 90 minutes away I have remained a loyal client.

The front desk staff is absolutely horrible Unhelpful and kept pushing me off whenever I called I tried to schedule an appointment last September and kept calling no one ever called back. I finally was able to speak with someone and ended up talking to six people before getting an appointment. Then come in and they tell me my referral expired in June so I could pay cash, really?

Terrible! Twice I had to leave work only to tell me the doctor was once again over an hour behind. Need to be more considerate of patients and offer at least a phone call or email about what is going on. Better scheduling is definitely needed, not everyone can sit in a waiting room all day!

Recently I had an appointment with your office and I must say I was very disappointed. This was my experience, I was not greeted when I first arrived for my 1:30 appt. after signing in I had a seat in the reception area. At 2:00 someone came out and told me the Doctor was running 2 hours late, I could wait or come back in 2 hours and she could see me then.

It would have been nice if I received a phone call telling me all this so I could have just rescheduled. Finally, your office should have called me to reschedule but not one word from them.
