Horrible experience. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and as I was driving there I received a call the doctor wasn't in and they cancelled on me very last minute. Somewhat annoying but not a huge deal. Today I was driving there for my rescheduled appointment and was stuck in horrible traffic so I called letting them know I would be 15 minutes late.

They said that would be fine and when I got there 17 minutes late they told me they don't know who I talked to on the phone, that they only give 15 minutes, and the physicians assistant "has somewhere to be" so they would not see me. I have being going to North Shore ENT on a quarterly basis since I was a legitimate newborn but will absolutely be finding somewhere else to go from now on.

Unbelievable the low level of professionalism at this place. After having to wait almost 3 months for an appointment to see my child, they determined she needed surgery, but they couldn't schedule it there. I had to go home and then call to a number (their main number) to schedule the surgery. After 2 months, my daughter suffering due to her conditions, and me trying to contact them throughout different days and time of the week without any success just their answering service who promised to pass the information so they could call me, which they never did.

I then got a lady who sent my message directly to my child Dr. who call me without even letting me speak nor even asking my child name told me if it's not an emergency bye. Definitely this Dr. Chrzanowski do not care about their patients health. I recommend you look somewhere else to have your child treat.

Wish I could give less than one star. Handing someone printouts and telling them to "look it up online" is NOT medical advice. Spent more time determining how I was expected to PAY than looking at me as a patient. Didn't even look at my partially paralyzed face. Worst medical experience yet. Terri, Thank you for your response. Unfortunately you violated my HIPPA rights, so.less than one star. Terry, You have left the information about my "last visit" up for over three months now. Are you not aware that it is a VIOLATION OF the HIPPA act to make that information public?

If you want surface treatment and to feel utterly unimportant, DR. VERDUGO is the ENT for you! After driving 2hrs to arrive for my 11am appt, i went through the new covid-protocol at the front of the building & by the time I got to verdugos office at 11:04, they told me he had already left for surgery. He didnt even wait 5 minutes to hold our scheduled appt.

I've been waiting weeks to find out about the tumors in my neck, but he didnt care. I was told to reschedule. The appt offered by office manager Terry, was for a double booking. I saw the screen, the ENTIRE day was double booked, which means no one is getting the time or attention they deserve. I worked in healthcare for years, I understand how the system works.

This office staff is heartless and you are just a number. If Verdugo can bill some one else for more money, that's the appt hes going to prioritize, so make sure you have great insurance. When I saw him last year I attributed his lack of enthusiasm and interest to a busy schedule. Now I know hes just a bad doctor who doesnt care about his patients. Do yourself a favor: Go anywhere else.

Dr V. said I have to live with my tonsil stones that won't go away and says I will have to remove them my self. I remove them everyday and he only took my in his office for 5 min and rushed me.

I got reschedule 3 times before actually going. I made an appt. and they called me 2 days before and changed the location and person I was seeing. The 2nd appt. I got a call the morning of and was told they had to cancel. The 3rd appt. I got a call the morning of and they changed the time and the person again. I finally went and I felt very rushed.

They tested my hearing and told me to try "standing closer to the person talking" where I was having trouble. And then referred me out when I pushed for more info. (it was not offered up first). I shouldn't be paying a specialist co-pay when I am not actually seeing a Dr. I don't know actually gets to see the doctors because all 3 of my appts were for someone other than. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Would not go back there.

Saw Jessica as doctor was stuck in surgery. Staff was very good, they squeezed me in as i was going out of town in a few days. Jessica was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use their services again.

Run away if your doctor refers you to this practice. I have had an intial appointment set up since early July waited 3 weeks to get in, they had to cancel, after repeatedly mentioning I was having trouble hearing in my left ear still had to wait another 3 weeks and they just cancelled the second one. Vicky at the office was very nice listening to me complain for about 15minutes.

I said thank you, I will find another doctor lets hope no futher damage has been done to my hear for waiting so long. Well just got another call back from Kelly who was also nice said it was a mistake they cancelled my appointment they grab the wrong line. I say thank you but no thank you. The staff in the office deserves to work for better doctors that do cancel their appointment because they get the blunt of the unhappy customer on the other end.

I bet if you looked at how many time they have their staff cancel it will be a high rate. I will also let me doctor know and my insurance company know about this. Maybe if enough people complain it will change how they handle there business practice.

Physician and medical staff were very non empathetic and came into exam room with a predetermined diagnosis from reading my daughters chart in the computer. The physician immediately started looking in her ears without even discussing what was going on first. The exam was anything but thorough and he was clearly annoyed that we were there.+

I was happy with the treatment I received from every member of staff during my hour long visit. The diagnosis was explained to me clearly along with next steps and possible preventative measures. They got me as early a visit as possible, relatively quickly, so I could get to work in Boston after, so it was as good as a trip to have my hearing tested was ever going to be.
