Sad to see bad reviews, I think sometimes it's a personal problem rather than a general consensus of a place though! I've had nothing but great experiences. I've been there a few times now, I've had my mom go, we like it! I'm very into this stuff, though I can't afford it all right now because I need to save for a wedding and house, but I would totally do more once I can.

So far I've gotten botox done and I've done the HCG diet through them. The HCG diet is basically that miracle pill anyone who wants to lose weight looks for. I feel so much better and just with one round I lost 20lbs. The nurse who does the Botox is very knowledgeable and friendly, forgive me I forget her name! Sylvana is the main contact her and she's the best! It's like talking to a family friend whenever I talk to her.

The place is nice and clean and I happen to think they're affordable. I look forward to getting some more things done before my wedding! My next few things are filler to correct my crooked nose and Mesotherapy. If I remember, I'll update my review after however keep in mind everyone's experiences with these toxins, medications and procedures are different and might produce different results!

I am a licensed Esthetician/skin specialist of 10+ years. This place has 13 reviews and over half (7) are bad reviews. There is a reason why. I have been wanting filler for years. I finally decide to do it and nurse tried to talk me out of it without ANY credible reason that would have been medical related. She kept saying I couldn't afford it (without any valid reason than my budget which she assumed I couldn't afford.

I never even mentioned my budget! I had plenty of money to spend that day.so that was absolute DISCRIMINATION) -Their response to my google review about not being a candidate is ludicrous. I went to a plastic surgeon with a great BBB rating and I am absolutely a candidate for tear trough filler. Your doctors should atleast be able to communicate and back up with medical reasons why they won't do something with credible facts.

I will be reporting to BBB unless refunded for $300 of dysport which left my forhead all bruised. I had botox MANY times else were and NEVER bruised. I never complained about the bruising the point is. I DIDN'T WANT BOTOX told her I wanted tear TROUGH FILLER. My area of concern was my under eyes not my forhead. The botox did not address my issues and I would like to be refunded.

How does botox for the crows feet help with the tear troughs? It doesn't I was misinformed and need to be refunded. -If AZANI cared about their customers they would rectify real fast and they did not infact, it was handle even worse than I could have imagined. I called back to schedule my tear trough treatment with another nurse and they kept canceling it.

They have my email and phone and choose to do nothing because they do not care about their clients. Bad treatment, bad communication, unprofessional from beginning to end and then some more. I mean you can't offer a free facial as an apology that you offered from the very beginning as a new client. It's a disgrace. No thank you - Let me make it clear I will not remove these reviews unless I am refunded for the bad botox but I will obviously not be a client of theirs, gladly.

I've been a client at Azani since it opened its doors and it took several years to convince me to try Dysport to help with lines between my brows and above my brows now I'm hooked. It's a very natural look and a confidence booster! Staff is awesome and I've never had a bad experience! Very relaxing atmosphere. I also use their skin care products which are awesome! Sylvana is very personable and accommodating. My esthetician Bri was gentle and efficient. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I noticed an improvement in the quality of my skin and the products that were recommended are very effective. The facility respected the requirements for covid avoidance. I feel safe and comfortable going back again.

Recommended for any service you are interested in. They are very professional.

I had the SkinPen microneedling procedure performed on my face a week ago and have already noticed a significant improvement. The box-car scars on my temples and upper cheeks have already started to fill in. The fine lines on my forehead have started to disappear. A static deep wrinkle in between my eyebrows and above the bridge of my nose has started to become more shallow. I will be having another SkinPen session done. Overall, my experience at Azani Medical Spa was amazing. If you decide to go to Azani Medical Spa make sure to ask for Bri.

The ladies at Azani were not only so knowledgeable and kind, they worked with me to find products and services to match my skins needs. After the vibradermabrasion facial, my skin felt so smooth, I could visible see a improvement in texture.

I wish I had taken action long ago, but I was too upset. Very bad experience here with IPL treatment. Extremely unprofessional person giving me treatment was not paying attention, and left a permanent scar on my collar bone area. Tried to talk with business about it, they brushed me off and told me to just use neosporin. Years later, my scar is obvious as ever.

Have done laser removal on my upper lip here many times. Service is professional and works well! I love Madonna, my technician. They even gave me a free service for my birthday. Try it and see for yourself!

I had a chemical peel done tonight by Sarah and she made the whole process so relaxing. She was so nice and answered all my questions I had and even gave me her number so I could reach out to her with any other questions I might have. I definitely will be back!

Have gone to Azani for years & always have positive experiences. Staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever they can to accommodate you. Very pleased with my results regardless of what options I choose.

Terrible! Do not go here for hormone replacement therapy! I thought I was going to be seeing a doctor, meanwhile I was attended to by a nurse practitioner. Never saw a doctor while I went there. I had three visits, each one $180 to fill a prescription for thyroid medication and then the CNP (Certified Nurse Practitioner) recommended I take DHEA. I took it for awhile, she said it would help manage stress, but never told me it could have side effects like rapid heartbeat and dizziness, (which I experienced on numerous occasions) also that it should be used cautiously with patients having thyroid disorders! Like me! I threw away the DHEA and stopped going here and found myself a real doctor. Do not trust these people!

I recently visited Azani Medical Spa after hearing wonderful reviews from Friends/clients about it! They were able to accommodate me and fit me right in! The injector was so incredibly friendly & patient and really took the time to make sure my results were exactly what I had envisioned! Highly Recommend!

This 5 star is for Dr. Lam and Stephanie. He did my tummy tuck and I could not be more pleased. He and Stephanie are very caring. The only thing I did not like about Azani is how pushy the rest of the staff was regarding buying their products. Dr. Lam and Stephanie are their own separate entity and they are wonderful.

I had a terrible experience when I was here a year ago. High pressure sales. I have some background in skin care and dermatology and what they were selling and pushing was way above and beyond what I needed. Before forking over the tons of money for what they will tell you you need, get a second opinion to see if their pricey procedures will even work for you.

I've had very good experiences with Azani. I'm currently using them for laser hair removal and am very pleased with the results. They've been very flexible with scheduling. I've also done a facial peel and versa-dermrabrasion. Keep in mind that it's a med spa, not a regular spa, so the facial experiences are designed as medi-facials not typical spa ones. I've seen other comments about being pressured to purchase their line of products, I have not had that same experience. I have not purchased any of their products. I was give a sample at one point, but that was about it.

I went to this place last summer I should of wrote a review long ago but was so upset with loosing so much money and trying to resolve it with this business did not work. First of all I was completely coned out of my money They tricked me into paying 2,500 and left my face uneven. I went back to complain and they made me feel even worse. My results were suppose to last 8 months for the fillers and 3-4 for the desyport.

Then offers me some free facial peel that did not work. I would advise anyone getting fillers and botox to tell them you want to view. The amount of product you are buying and and watch them as they use your purchase on you. Otherwise you may be purchasing product you are not getting. These people are good at what they do! Con's! I never seen a doctor on at the location. They are working under doctor Monica G____and she is suppose to be the owner never seen her nor any doctor there.

Very unsatisfied. Went to Azani for a vibradermabrasion i got on Groupon and was looking forward to relaxing. Instead, I was bombarded from the Consultant for 20 minutes and was being conned into buying their skin products instead of getting what I came there for. After being asked 3 or 4 times if I was sure I didn't want the skin care products I went in for treatment. It lasted about 20 minutes and now my skin is worse then it was when I came in for the treatment. Be careful and go to more reputable spas in the area.

I had gone there to use a gift card i had received for a facial at $150 in value. It turned out to be the LAMEST excuse for a facial that I have ever seen. Seriously, a 7 year old could have performed what they did. Just dabbed some "special" cleanser on, rinsed it, put a mask on (didn't even allow it to dry) for about 4 minutes, rinsed that, and TA-DAA!

All done. A total of 20 minutes (maybe even less) laying down on the table. I waited twice that time in the waiting room. Please, save your money. It was a scam. Weeks have gone by since i went, and im still baffled by it.
