I have only been seen here once, but was very pleased upon first impression. Staff was polite and prompt, my medical assistant was very kind, and Dr Scott Readence is a real gem. He sits and talks with you in his personal office before he examines you and I was very pleasantly shocked when he had actually read my medical history thoroughly prior to walking in with me.
He also took the time to casually chat with me and make a point to get to know me as a person and not just his patient. He's gentle during exams too and does his best to chat with you while he's doing the exam so it's less uncomfortable and less awkward. I would happily let Dr Readence take care of me during a future pregnancy!

I cannot stay silent any longer. This practice is highly unethical and does not care about the well being of their patients. a few years ago now, someone close to me went here for a mammogram. PIWH were aware after this procedure that she had breast cancer, however they never told her. Another doctor unrelated to this practice made her aware of this diagnosis months and months after the fact. she could have gotten treatment much sooner had PIWH actually cared about the wellbeing of their clients.
I also personally had numerous experiences in which my concerns were invalidated and ignored. While I was under 21, the PIWH medical professional advocated for me to drink alcohol related to the issues I was facing, instead of providing actual medical advice. if you value your health, please do not go here.

I have gone to this practice for over 24 years. They delivered both my children and have never had any problems with the doctors or staff. They are all very nice and helpful. My daughter now goes here also and loves it. The doctors we see that I would recommend to anyone is Dr Cohen and Dr. Wegrzyniak. They are all great but these are the 2 we use.

The doctors themselves are great. Although I cannot give them 5 stars because I do find myself going back and fourth between them and my PCP for health concerns and issues only experienced during pregnancy. The nurse triage depending on who you get some are somewhat rude. Erin in the nurse triage is great, she is very helpful and would check in often when I spoke with her.
It also appears with certain concerns as a patient near the end with working and the effects of such as mentally and physical isn't as a concern as most of the reason any of this takes place is due to pregnancy.

I'm incredibly disappointed with this practice. I have been going to the Lemoyne office for almost two years now and never had any issues until recently. Back in April, I was having excruciating pain while being sexually active and I came into the office to be checked out. I was told by the doctor that I had Bacterial Vaginosis and they sent me home with medication.
The pills did not help me. I decided to wait it out and see if it would heal itself over time until it became unbearable again in August. I saw another doctor at the office and was told the same thing, BV, and had different medications. These did not help either (other than giving me extreme nausea and vomiting every day). So again, I went back the following month to see someone else.
They said it was BV as well and gave me a gel, practically guaranteeing it would go away. It did not. I ended up moving and needed to find another doctor from a different practice. I met with them today to find out that there is no infection, but I have Lichen Sclerosus caused by an autoimmune disorder. My doctor told me this within seconds after I got into the stirrups and was surprised to hear that I was not given that diagnosis before with how obvious it was, just from looking at it.
I can't help but wonder that since I had told the doctors I had experienced BV before and had similar pains, they just went with that diagnosis and prescribed me different medications so I was out of their hair. Not only was it over seven months of me being in excruciating pain with no relief, but with every visit at Partners regarding the issue, I had a doctor with a very condescending, bad attitude and none of my questions answered. Very frustrating. I urge you not to go there for anything outside of a routine checkup.

Do not go here the person who runs the practice is a money hungry freak which is very sad cause the doctors are top notch but the office staff Isn't and neither is the person who runs it. They don't care about your well being or your kids. I am almost 40 weeks pregnant I lost my insurance switched to state cause it was my only option and they told me they can't see me even though it's my last app.
They tried to tell me I needed to bring like 2060 dollars and pay them cause they don't work with the state. And I told her that's impossible and the I couldn't afford to do that they told me it was my only option and that no other doc will see me this late in my pregnancy. I hope this practice gets shut down and this isn't the last time you will hear from me. Do not go here

I am on my second pregnancy with PIWH amd couldn't receive better care. I specifically see Dr. Cohen and he is the most down to earth, empathetic doctor I have ever seen. He truly cares about you and your well being. I am a fairly anxious person and he always tells me to call him if I feel I need a heartbeat check or if I need to talk through something. It's so hard to find caring, trusting and genuine doctors. PIWH is where you can find it!

From a customer service standpoint, Partners in Women's Healthcare is awful. They recently rescheduled my appointment 3 times and were less than apologetic. The last change they made was 20 minutes before my apointment as well. They also do not always clarify what office your apointment will be in so for my last apointment I went to the office I usually visit and was told my apointment was in Harrisburg. They are unprofessional, far from organized, and I can't wait to switch to another OBGYN.
