Services
It is recommended that individual questions regarding insurance coverage/plans should go directly to the insurance carrier, however the staff at Kenwood will happily help you in any way possible. Some plans require a referral from the primary care physician and it is the patient's responsibility to obtain that referral.
Also, any medical records from your referring physician and/or previous allergist. Feel free to contact us with any questions. The number and type of tests will determine each patient's cost. Unfortunately, we are only able to give you an estimate, not an exact quote. If you have further questions, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider first before calling our office.
