Ashton who works with Lorena De La Rosa is always available to facilitate the needs of my Mother. She is always in contact with Lorena, NP and makes sure her medications and health issues are addressed in a timely fashion. She always takes my calls and makes sure she gets the information to her doctor quickly. She goes above and beyond. I am so confident my Mother is getting the best care. Thank you Ashton and Crown Health!

My assisted living community has been working with Crown Health now for some time and I am continually amazed at their dedication and responsiveness. We often have critical moves that need to take place very fast and unique situations - partnering with Crown Health is one of the best decisions we ever made. Their communication and attentiveness and willingness to bend over backwards for us and more importantly our residents is literally life saving.

They also see many of our residents as their Primary Care Providers. Families and the community could not be happier with their service (and we have exceptionally high standards!) thank you Crown Health! Keep up the good work.

Working with Crown Health has been a great experience! I'm so glad for their services and their ability to serve these individuals who are unable to go out to a doctors appointment. They are always quick to respond and will go above and beyond to make sure the patient is taken care of.

My mother was in an AFH and I thought an in home doctor would be a good idea since she was so frail. The doctor was gruff. You could never speak to her. Communication was horrible., no return phone calls to me or the home. I tried for 2 months to get a blood/urine tests. There was always excuses - weather, it takes 3 weeks (not true), no phlebotomist, etc.

We ended up doing telemed calls with her old doctor which was so much better and we were able to order blood work in a day and get the results back right away. I would never recommend Crown Health.

Working with Crown Health to take care of elderly clients in our care home has been a positive experience for us. We greatly appreciate Thomas N. PAC, he is very attentive to his patient's needs. He is very responsive to family request and client's current medical needs.

As an employee of an assisted living facility I found Crown Health to be an excellent resource for our residents. It was particularly helpful when a new resident was moving into our community from out of the area. Easy to set them up with the provider. Plus the provider takes the time to check in and discuss health concerns with the staff before/after seeing the resident. That's not something we generally get with doctors in traditional offices.

My 96 year old mother is in a Renton Senior Living apartment and she can't easily get around so I thought Crown Health's business model would be ideal - they come to her. Unfortunately, if you're used to quality and responsive health care this company falls far short of that mark. They have a website portal for communicating, but appointments are made on their time, communicating with the Dr. or PA is frustrating since a go-between person misinterpreted messages, insisted processes must be done a certain way (when they don't), was a know-it-all and arrogant. Consequently I had to escalate my concerns to her manager who was great to work with.

The Dr/PA visits were frustrating too - blood tests had to be done elsewhere and results from any kind of testing weren't provided timely or with the Dr/PA's assessments included. I used Crown Health for a few months and now I've changed to a regular clinic's service and both my mom and I are much happier.

Having this company is not all bad for mobile doctor. I recommend if you're at a facility NOT having Rachel Malof as your house doctor. When faxing for orders, med clarification, requesting order (refills), medication approvals, or when families want an explanation for something etc she is absolutely horrible at responding. She seems to not respond to a specific med-tech for whatever her reason may be it is extremely unprofessional and frustrating for my staff, when that specific employee sends majority of the faxes in that building.

She will respond to multiple of my other employees if they fax it. Not all the doctors there are like this. We have had families complain about her as well and saying they're getting billed for a 20 minute interface and she does not spend that much time the patients. We have used a couple others from Crown Health and they were amazing, just seems to be this particular doctor that is not much help.

I have had a great experience with all of the Crown Health Providers. They have been managing my mother in laws care for several years. They work very well with the Adult Family Home where she is currently living. They are always quick to respond to my needs and concerns. This is a great service to the elderly population that are unable to leave the home for medical care.

This is a very well ruin practice with excellent staffing. The office had plenty of parking. My appointments started on time.
