Urgent Care referred me here for surgery on a Friday. Called Monday and was told referrals take 24-48 hrs to process. I ended up needing to get emergency surgery at NHRMC on Tuesday. Made a big mistake waiting for them to call back. Had I not waited the weekend and beyond, I would not have my current complications. Still have not heard back. Avoid this place.

Trip 5 to WSA with elderly mom, 2x nurse practitioner put her on meds that caused seizures and interacted with her condition, took sutures out too early, which caused infection. They forgot her in the lobby for an hour and fifteen minutes on one visit, next visit, there for 3 hours, today, here for a follow up (visit 6) got here st 12:30 its 2:45 p.m. and still waiting!
Doctor was in the room LESS than 5 minutes. Every visit, we spend half the day and come back with more questions than answers. No compassion for families forced to cart elderly relative, we have lives too! Plus, copays charged when no copay due. I am sick of doctors anyway but this reinforces my belief that the healthcare system in the US stinks!

Update: CyberScout did reach out to my wife the next day and attempted to resolve the issue. My wife's identity was stolen due to a data breach. We received a letter 2 months later notifying us. Wilmington Surgical provided 12 months of credit monitoring for no fee. The best part is registration code didn't work. We called the 800 number and waited an hour to be told by a third party vendor that they couldn't provide a registration code for credit monitoring.
They said we would need to call CyberScout for the code. We called CyberScout and were told to call back the original number because they don't provide registration codes. We called Wilmington Surgical Assoc to ask for help and were put on hold for another 45mins. This has been a sh*t show from start to finish. Talk about unprofessional. How send out a registration code for credit monitoring that doesn't work. Avoid this place like the plague.

Had appointment with Dr. Medley on 8/29/19, was seen by PA. Had been a patient with one Vein procedure. Got little satisfaction from my visit as I have additional problems and did not feel they was addressed however was told by PA he would go over with Dr. Medley and run it thru my insurance company to see about coverage. I was assured nurse would contact me. Never happened. Fell thru cracks I guess.

I truly want this to go to Dr. Dalal The reason I chose him was when my husband went to him he treated him with respect and you don't find that often. Also when he did my procedure10-18-18 I can say he came and explained everything professionally. Friday called and left message with results and that made me feel special. Most Dr.s have p.a. do it or nurses and for him to do it shows compassion. Please have more Dr.s like him on your staff. I'll see you in 6 mo.s for another test that's how much he cared

I had an emergency situation come up where I was referred to Dr. Tinsley. The staff was able to fit me into their already busy schedule easily. Once I got an ultrasound and to see Tinsley's PA Carla, we're realized the situation had improved but they still treated me with the utmost care. I have never received the level of care I received here from any other medical practice.
They genuinely care about your well being, they make sure you get all the imaging and procedures you need to properly assess what's going on, as well as treat you and follow up with the same level of care. They are outstanding and I will return for follow ups through Wilmington Surgical Associates as long as I can. I would highly recommend Dr. Tinsley and his staff to all my friends and family.
He is kind and caring and knowledgeable. Not to mention hie is highly accredited in his feild. By far, for every appointment, it's the best experience you can have with any medical professionals. They are PRO'S!

Six Stars! I had a small procedure done at Wilmington Surgical Associates that was astoundingly simple. My primary doctor sent me over the same day without any hassles. I was in 1:13 did paperwork, payment etc.1:25 called back and seen and finished with procedure by 1:40. My appointment was at 1:30. Doctor Thomas D. Eskew highly recommended!

Everyone here has always been so nice, right in point, and made sure we felt as at ease as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs this type of medical attention. Dr. Cortina is the best. He will make you laugh, while explaining to you everything you need to know. Nurses and desk ladies are Knowledgable, kind and sweet. We've always enjoyed going in for a visit. Husband abs sister in law both had wonderful experiences with them. Thank you all for, your hard work and dedication to your patients.
