We accept all PPO insurance and Medicare; as well as most HMO plans with an authorization from your primary care physician.

We manage all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including: sports medicine, trauma, Industrial Medicine, diabetic foot infections, geriatric foot care, diabetic foot care and shoes, fungal nails/skin (athlete's foot), wound/ulcers of the foot/ankle, corns and calluses, arthritic conditions of the foot and ankle, Achillis tendonitis, tendon ruptures, flat feet, hammer toes/bunions, ankle sprain/instability, plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, metatarsalgia, in-toe gait, neuromas, ingrown toe nails, infections, Charcot foot, crush injuries, and sports injuries.

Three years, three doctors, and they haven't been able to do anything for me. I don't want meds, I don't want more shoes, I don't want more shoe inserts. All I want is someone to help the pain in my feet go away. I can't afford insurance and now I can't even keep going here for them to tell me they can't do anything for me. The reason they get two stars is because everyone is nice here.

I've gone to Loma Linda Foot and Ankle for the last few years and I've never had a complaint.till now. My regular doctor is having medical issues, I understand and I sympathize. The problem is that the office says no one else can cover for her while she's on leave. I work in a warehouse and walk close to 10 miles a day. 4 weeks is the absolute longest I can go between appointments. Now I'm being told I must wait 3 MONTHS until my next appointment. It's not doable. It's time to find a new office.

Incompetent staff came the day of my appoint which is 1:30 and told that they called and left me a message that my appointment is canceled because the dr has emergency surgery which I didn't receive a call not even a voicemail. And said i can wait if the patient scheduled at 1:45 won't show up then I'll get the spot! What's a 15 minutes difference that he cannot see me im in So much pain!

I was given appointment by your front desk person for Jan 11, 2022 at 3.15 pm Sorry to inform you that after all paperwork I was told I can not be seen by you. Why because there was no authorisation. I confirmed at the time of appointment that I am coming after long time tnen the lady said. You are good and authorisations is good for 3 years. After long time waiting staff argued a lot with me and said if I want to be seen by you, I need to pay $ 100.

I made an appointment for 9:30. I arrive at 9:00 and filled out the paperwork by 9:15. It's now 9:48 and they haven't seen me. Update it's 10:07 and no one has seen me. In fact, the have let other people go in without an appointment. Honestly, new patients needing a podiatrist should look elsewhere. This place is below subpar Update: they came into the waiting room, saw me and said " they haven't seen you?" They really forgot about me in a small waiting room. I was seen at 10:10. A 40 minute wait time for an appointment made at 9:30. Hope this information helped.

I normally don't post reviews but I can't believe what S Thomas is saying. She is not right or fair. She sounds very mean and maybe having a bad day. Loma Linda Foot and Ankle Center has the best doctors and they have treated me, my mom, my dad and my 2 kids. We are so grateful for their care and getting my son to be able to run again with the inserts and braces they prescribed. I will always trust them with my family.
