Choice Healthcare Associates has wonderful doctors. they always find a suitable appointment for me and my family, the referrals are quick and our wait times are minimal.

CHOICE MEDICAL GROUP IS THE BEST MEDICAL GROUP ON THE PLANET. THE STAFF, MY DOCTOR AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS PERFECT. I LOVE THIS PLACE! DR. NORMAN MAKES ME FEEL SUPER IMPORTANT AND GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME FEEL WANTED AND A VALUED PATIENT! I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH RESPECT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE PERIOD. DR. NORMAN SPENDS QUALITY TIME WITH ME EVERY TIME I HAVE SEEN HIM. DR. NORMAN TAKES YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING IN REGARDS TO YOUR TREATMENT AND WHEN YOU LEAVE HIS OFFICE YOU FEEL SO MUCH BETTER. TO ME DR. NORMAN IS ONE BIG GIANT PAIN PILL THAT REALLY WORKS. I WOULD LOVE TO BE EMPLOYED BY HIM.

Never even saw a provider. I am new to the area and went to my appointment but the address in the portal was wrong. I tried to call but was on hold forever and the "call center" person was so rude and unhelpful. I was late to my appointment and marked as a no show, unable to be seen. The process is not designed for new patients and I felt completely mistreated.

Why didn't the clinic call when I was late? That could have resolved my problem. Since I didn't have a number to the clinic, I had to wait on hold fir a calm center person that wasn't helpful. The call center refused to connect me with the clinic. That's bad business. I found a different doctor that has an office phone number, not a call center and look forward to being treated like a human being.

They are very attentive, communicate everything, even the smallest detail. I love my Dr. So much, she is great

Dr. Swanson was an excellent Dr. It was refreshing to have a Dr. who actually cared about ur health. He answered all my questions. He's patient sends you to appropriate specialist if need be. He knew the problem and solution to that problem. He listened did not rush. we need excellent Drs. In this area. Me and my husband were lucky to have had one.

I love Choice Medical Group. They have the best physicans and staff. Recently Dr Singh referred me for a STAT procedure, and not only did I receive a call from her office that the procedure had been approved with instructions, but I received a call from Choice Medical Group as well. Can't get any better than this!

If you expect them to refill your meds after the pharmacy request have been sent multiple times your out of luck. I was told to call my mom doc 5 days before running out. When I asked the pharmacy if they sent the requests they say that office is terrible about responding to their refill electronic requests. This is poor continuum of care. Docs are not the problem but who ever is supposed to do refills needs to step up!

The girl at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She insisted it was my fault that there were refills. She called the pharmacy and found it was indeed their fault. No apology for telling me it was my fault. Very rude!

I had to go to the doctors office to get them to respond to the 3 refill request for on going meds. My mother is elderly and her meds haven't changed. The pharmacy states that they sent refill request 3 times with no response. The doctors office blames myself for not calling them five days in advacesince when do you have to call the doctors office. They tell you to call your pharmacy. Sloppy work

Wow. Let's start with the negative aspect of this place before the positive. Selene, who works at the front desk, is by far the biggest bit$# ever! She's rude, condescending and basically an ass! I called several times and had the unfortunate luck as having this lady answer. I've never, NEVER had a "clerk" make me feel so stupid. To the owner of Choice, or doctor who dictates who works there, the community a service and fire her! Now, the good news. PA Woo is awesome! My family and I always ask specifically for her each visit.

Let's see where to begin. They dropped labcorp that has numerous locations in the high desert. In their wisdom they choose to use a lab with one location in Barstow and one in Victorville. So there is only one unless you want to drive 70 miles round trip. No that lab does not take appointments. You can only imagine the wait. They recommend a dr. Poola.

Why I have no idea. He or his staff lost my file that was for a surgery. 60 days later after calling choice medical that person tracked it down. Until 2019 I would rate them a 7. Now I would be generous giving them a 3. Scale is 1-10.

Dr. Charmaine Earle is so positive and inspiring! I was worried that with having IEHP I wouldn't get quality healthcare but with Horizon Valley Medical Group I feel that I've gotten the best care available! Would definitely say my experience has been positive.

I have been a member of Choice Medical Group for 6yrs now. I have always had fast referral times and it's very easy to get in to see a physician. I would recommend anyone to use Choice as their medical group

It is very hard to get treatment from them. My mom who is 79 has had reaccuring UTIs I had to appeal their denial for her to see a urologist then when he recommended a procedure they denied it. I have to appeal the decision from their Doctor and have waited almost 2 months while she suffers. I have written letters to several entities to make them aware of the inhuman treatment of patients

The worst medical care I have ever had. They fail to refill scripts on time, both Dr Patel and Singh say things like (Travis for Patel),w e can't fill that script because we don't use that med. Never mind you've been on it for years. Singh oh I'm a new Dr I can't refill your rx I could get in trouble. I think they are in the wrong business.they loose their appointments you go in with an appt card written by them and they say " you have no appt today". Horrible Dr's Horrible medical group.

Stay away from choice medical group/ Choice Physicians Network. Keep in mind I'm only touching on a few things that come to mind. They only get one star because you have to give them at least one on here. So we complained to the Medical Group and insurance company. I'm thinking malpractice. UPDATE. So I fired dr. Patel and the next day he calls and says we can't come back to his office because we complained to the customer service center. Really? Now dr. Patel you've got to ask yourself we fired you the day before did you think we were coming back? hello. Ok then.

I echo the sentiments of a previous reviewer they are the worst and so far as of this review I'm waiting to hear from their member services representative Pam so I can get some answers straight their Dr Earle is not one I will recommend due to the poor office staff and the number of excuses they come up with. If you're not in pain and have time to get in the system the Choice Medical Group is for you but, if you are in a great deal of pain then I suggest treatment with someone else.

Choice Medical Group is amazing my son needed to have ear surgery and I was a little bit worried but they made the authorization process easy and smooth. My son had his surgery which was flawless and he is fine now. It is so refreshing that when I need the help my Medical Group is there for me and my family! I am so happy to be a Choice Medical Group member.

I love choice medical group I love Dr. Patel he's a wonderful Physician he is very caring very attentive and really cares for his patients. Front office girls are OK some more than others.

This has been the worst we of my life dealing with Choice Medical Group offices. The only thing the services can do is tell you to contact your doctor. The doctor that is not doing the referrals that you need and who lies to your face saying that the referrals are done. A week has gone by and they only managed to get 1 out of the 5 tests needed entered into "the system". I should have had all these tests this week so the oncologist would be able to treat my breast cancer, but Choice Medical Group doesn't care.

HORRIBLE! the worst i have ever dealt with. Dr. office loses referrals then tells my medical insurance they never received them (2 days before, they told me it was in their hands), So which is the truth? Do they even know? Try getting a hold of someone to complain to. Not gonna happen. This is the only way i can even file a complaint with the Medical Group because I was transferred to voice mail.again. Even my Insurance company agrees and they have filed a grievance. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR OR MEDICAL GROUP IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO

I came in for a TB test and the process was really quick and simple. I waited about 45 minutes for the test, but that's not even bad since I didn't have an appointment. The staff was really friendly and easy to talk to and they made the process easy. I came back 2 days later to have the test read and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The waiting room is really clean and modern, which was nice when I was waiting for my test on my first visit.
