This doctors office wouldn't get one star if that was an option. I went to the doctor, they gave me three different times that I was supposed to be there. The technician comes out takes me in the room does his part of the exam tells me the doctors on the phone will be with me shortly. And, if I'd like to recline on the table I was more than welcome, so I did.

I waited so long I dozed off. I woke up 30 minutes had passed. The technician was standing in the hall looking. He walked away. I went to ask where the doctor was? they said "oh you were sleep when he came in so he took the next client". I went back to my examination room I could hear him through the wall taking the history of another patient. I asked the staff if they could inquire as to how long it would be before he would see me? they looked up and said no.

I went to the parking lot to sit in my car because the office was too cold. While I'm the parking lot on the phone, I turned around and here comes the doctor yelling at me why I'm not answering my telephone and when I look at his screen I tell him it's the wrong phone number. he says are you going to come and take your appointment or not?" Needless, to say I immediately rescheduled with MTI with another physician. The location is the dirtiest place I have ever seen in an office. I do not recommend anyone go there. EVER!

There isn't an option for no start but Someone needs to report this doctor. He should not be allowed to practice. He abuses patients physically and mentally Patients get referred there not knowing what they have coming. He's even more abusive with non English speaking patients.

Rude and vary much doesn't care about u me anyone I will not come back to see him agin iM going to turn him in i.v been waiting for my report for almost a year and my workers comp guy is outraged I will not see him ever I hope his family hates Dr rutchik

The worse doctor ever. Every body run away from him. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, doesn't lisen your health problem at all. My husband and me, were in his office 3 time unfortunately bc it was a Workers Compensation injury. My husband couldn't anymore decidet to change the doctor Not sure how a person like him can be a doctor and take care of people in need for help.

I read the reviews while sitting in the office. True.a long wait. No receptionist present. Almost left! So glad that I didn't! Dr. Rutchik did a great job! I had this done by another Dr. and it was horrible! Dr. Rutchik was very nice and friendly. Works hard and seems to care. Be patient and hang in there. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Technician was great. Explained everything. Little pain. Then doctor Rutchik came in looked rushed. Spent time on computer. Looked like the data was already in and he just changed a few words. Weird. Very painful procedure, some blood specks. I started yelling it hurts (on my post op leg) and he said he did not do anything with the 2 inch needle in his hand and face of the kid in the cookie jar.

Yes he was doing his procedures, but they were painful and one lasted almost a minute. I sat up and it still hurt, like a burning spasm. Sitting up fast unfortunately triggered a spasm in my abdominal area. Not a good experience. When it was over, with his back to me, he said "You could leave". He had pushed the stool under the table and he was sitting next to the gurney.

With his back still to me, he did not move. He said "You can leave" again. I told him I could not get down without the stool. I scooted to the right and just slipped off the table using my good leg and got out of there.

This doctor do my emg test staff is friendly and nice except dr rutchik hes so rude and rushing, agressive well go there and try.office located howe sacramento ca.
