Not impressed. Waited 2 months to get in to see a doctor, after quite a bit of difficulty in making an appointment. Got a call a week before my appointment saying they were out of network with my insurance although when I'd scheduled they'd told me they were in network (the presumption being that they'd had time to verify my insurance benefits in the intervening 6+ weeks). Rude and impatient when I called back for clarification, which I never actually got.
I got a lecture about being responsible for my own health care which was ridiculous and not even relevant since that's exactly what I was trying to do -- get information so I can make decisions about my health care. It shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get accurate, definite, concise answers to straightforward questions. Like it or not, I judge a medical practice by how the front staff treats me.
When I pointed out that it was extremely annoying to have waited 2 months for an appointment only to be told at the last minute that they don't accept my insurance, not only was there no apology, the person I was speaking to got quite hostile. If I could give this practice zero stars for rudeness, inaccuracy, unwillingness to provide information in a professional manner, and hostility, I would.
The doctor may be a fabulous doctor but I'm so put off by the behavior of his staff I'll probably choose another doctor even though I've now confirmed that yes, he is in network with my insurance (so they didn't actually check with my insurance company and called me with false information). The staff clearly doesn't know what they're talking about and needlessly caused me to cancel an appointment I waited months for.
There wasn't the slightest bit of concern for the very great inconvenience they've caused me or the fact that I'm no closer to getting relief from significant pain. I realize that many medical people are extremely stressed due to years of dealing with COVID and medical practices in this area seem overwhelmed, stressed and understaffed in general but I don't think that excuses this kind of behavior.
Some people have risen to the occasion and continued to function with grace and humanity. Others have just become mean. Life is too short to be patronizing medical practices who don't treat people well.

Dr. Price performed ACL surgery on my left knee and everything went very well. My family and I are very grateful for DR. Price and his team! Jessa (doctor's assistant) is excellent at communicating! Dr. Price and PA D.Henry thoroughly informed me of how the procedure would go. I recovered sooner than I expected!

Got a referral from my regular doctor for a knee injury that I suffered. Took over a week to get contacted to make an appointment. From then it was over another 3 weeks before I could be seen. Today, the day before my long awaited appointment, I get a call and told that there is some scheduling issues and that my appointment needs to be rescheduled for an even later date. Completely unprofessional and not a place that deserves mine or in my opinion, anyone's else's business.

I've had amazing care from this clinic, both for smaller injuries and for a knee surgery. Dr Wilstein is an excellent surgeon who provides his patients with a full understanding of their options. He also has a great long-term focus; I have early onset OA in my knee, and Wilstein helped me understand how this would look for me in ten or so years, based on different surgeries, treatments, and activity changes.
He tells you what you need to hear, not what he thinks you want to hear. Wilstein was also very attentive to some concerns/anxiety I had prior to surgery, going so far as to call me himself, which I never would have expected from a surgeon in such a busy clinic. I would recommend Dr Wilstein to anyone. Honorable mentions to Wade Hudson, his assistant, and to the surgery nurses Becky and Charlie, who were some of the kindest people I've ever encountered in healthcare.

My visit to urgent care was an absolute waste of time. I came in to MBJ because I was experiencing extreme burning and aching in my hips, spine, and shoulders. This had been occurring for a week and was making sleeping extremely difficult. I could not get into primary care for several weeks, so I had faith a place like MBJ specializing in joint pain could help me.
From the beginning I made it clear that my family has a history of abundant AS (ankylosing spondylitis), and that I was concerned about this being the case for me. First, the nurse insisted that I only describe pain in one portion of my body, and became visibly frustrated if I referred to the pain I was feeling anywhere else. She wanted me to ignore the full extent of the problem. Then, Joan Bond-Deschamps treated me abbhorently.
She spent minimal time looking over my x-rays, and she continued to insist I only discuss one area of pain. Worst of all, she treated me with no compassion and acted as if I was faking and only there for pain medications (I wouldn't have accepted if she had offered them). She even questioned how I have medications, as if I was getting them off the street. Horrible experience and horrible provider.

I came down from Canada to see Dr Kruer. I was at the point of having to accept the fact I needed to order the mobility scooter in my early 40's. He ordered MRI's and after getting the results was able to provide a solution in my next appointment. After 2 days of my muscles cramping, I have my life back. I have no pain even after doing more work on my own than I have done in over 5 years.
My 14-year-old was so excited that I actually was able to cook supper. I will be coming back if I cannot find a doctor to help me in Canada and will go to him if I am visiting my family and need care.

Awesome place and staff. I went to the walk in clinic, with my 10 month old in tow, they got me in and out and were super understanding of my tag along. They even held the little man during my x-ray. Best part was once I had been called back everything was in quick succession, no waiting in the room. For a very busy place, it's very well run. Thanks!
