I had to go there this week, every staff member I interacted with was fantastic.

We had above and beyond excellent care from Dr. Jordan and his staff in helping diagnose my husband's Achilles' tendon possible rupture. Because of COVID 19, I was not able to join my husband, but his nurse came out and told me what was going on. Afterwards Dr. Jordan personally helped my husband to the car and notified me of what was going on and the next steps.

He was able to speak with an orthopedic surgeon and perform diagnostic testing and arranged for the orthopedic surgeon to come in on a Saturday to help us, because of timing issues. The professionalism and care was very impressive. Thank you so much Dr. Jordan and all the nurses.

Wow, what a great experience. They already had my information in their system fro 5 years ago, I was admitted quickly, evaluated and saw the doctor. all very professionally and fast. A+

Gave my elderly mother an opioid for dizziness. (Opioids can CAUSE dizziness, especially in elderly.) She was diagnosed with vertigo. No recommendation for otc meclizine or anything. The dr she saw actually told her if she wasn't feeling better to go to a different ER. I see a lawsuit in their future if that's the type of "treatment" they hand out. Disgusting.

From check in, to Nurse Lori and Dr. R. Jordan. All first class, efficient and willing to take the time to discuss. We are lucky to have the facilty in the area!

Knowledgeable, caring and thorough. After the initial exam, Dr. Fowle clearly explained her concerns, interim medications and tests. While I waited for results, the nurses were friendly and attentive with a constant supply of warm blankets--so comforting! After consulting with my (Portland) GI, she explained the treatment plan and even called in the scripts. Five happy stars and a big THANK YOU!

The people are wonderful here! But remember, it's not an emergency room. It's an Urgent Care.
