Every member of the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful. My only complaints: 1) Nobody wore masks. That's not a big deal as I still wore mine (I am extremely high risk), but I expected more from a medical office. 2) I was not given directions to the "new" office when I scheduled. This caused me several wrong turns. Fortunately, I was running early and still made my appointment time.

Fort Wayne Dermatology always exceeds my expectations. I got my diamond glow facial done with Courtney B, she did amazing and was extremely thorough when she answered my questions! I highly recommend them as well for any skin care needs, their storefront had some amazing products I was able to purchase!

Short wait time, warm waiting area, my aesthetics consultant was truly heart warming and caring. I felt like she was telling me her directions and consult as if she was my sister and having a heart to heart! I learned a lot from her and I like the products they have to offer. I certainly will be back if I choose to follow thru with services they offer. It was great!

I have been going to Fort Wayne Dermatology Consultants for years and they are always professional, courteous and comfortable to talk with. I would highly recommend Pamela Shoda for any dermatology needs. She is the best. I am always amazed at how thorough she is and the amount of knowledge she provides me whenever I have a question. She also backs up her answers with printed information which is super helpful for when I get home!

I recently was in Fort Wayne Dermatology out west for the first time taking my daughter. The young lady that checked us out, Brittany, was so upbeat and helpful. It was early in the morning and she was so cheerful and was able to get us scheduled for our next appointment and on our way. A few days later I realized I had to change my appointment and I once again spoke with Brittany who was super helpful and worked with me to find a day and time that would work best. I know everywhere is short staffed right now and employees feel overworked. But she made me feel like I was important and my needs mattered. Great customer service!

Staff is friendly and professional. my appointment was on time. Nicole was thorough in her examination and explained my condition completely. She asked if I had any other skin conditions I would like to talk about. I especially liked that she asked this question and didn't just rush from the room after dealing with my main issue. I took my infant grandson to Fort Wayne Dermatology Consultants for treatment of eczema. Audrey Jones provided EXCELLENT service! She spent a great deal of time reviewing his case, and was extremely patient answering questions. She provided a ton of helpful information, and referred us to a specialty pharmacy for medication. My grandson's condition has improved and we feel confident we'll receive good care in the event of any future flare ups! Thank you, Audrey!

As the mom of two young children still in my thirties I had lots of broken capillaries around my nose and on my cheeks making my skin look older and not pretty anymore. Audrey suggested the laser treatments to get rid of them and has reduced the appearance of them dramatically making me feel more confident again! She is wonderful and I'm so thankful she recommended this to me!

Previously, I had always seen Dr. Bernardi and she was very thorough and professional in treatment of any dermatology issues. But, I will NOT be back to Fort Wayne Dermatology ever again simply due to the appointment I had last week with this nurse practitioner. I came for a full-body exam, but she barely looked at me. I feel it was a waste of my time and the insurance company's money. Shame on L. Baker for thinking she did a good job.

I seen laura baker. my appointment was at 10:15. i arrived around 10:05. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. i sat down to fill out my paper work and the nurse immediately came out to grab me and was super nice! she left after asking the usual questions and shortly after she came back in the room with the dermatologist Laura Baker. Laura was quick, professional and very helpful, i had a mole removed on my back. i was back to my car by 10:34! my visit went great and very quickly. i was pleased. i will continue to come back.

At Ft. Wayne Dermatology I was pleasantly greeted upon entry to the building. My information was taken in a very timely manner. I was barely seated when I was called back to the examination room. Both the nurse and P.A., Duane were personable and I felt comfortable answering their questions. Duane was competent and thorough. He listened well to my concerns and treated them in a timely manner. I would definitely refer others to this office.

Great customer service and care! Super clean inside and amazing scheduling. 5/5 stars in that regard. However, I met with one of the Drs. and she did not wash her hands or wear gloves during the duration of my visit, in which she did touch my face and problem area. It would have been nice to have seen the hand-washing, given that there was a hand-sink in the exam room, or even gloves. Odd protocol, especially given the specialty and pandemic.
