My husband was impatient for 4 days on the cardiac telemetry unit. The staff, nurses and techs, were all very efficient, professional and friendly. They responded to our needs in a very timely manner. We were very pleased. The only thing I can think could be better was his bed wasn't changed until his last day there.

Good experience. All employees were 5 stars. Only complaint was long wait for blood work. The sweet young girl, I think her name was Amanda was really new. She was timid but that will change with more then 2 months experience. She did a great job but told me that they really needed more help. My wait time was 1 1/2 hrs. Otherwise good hospital experience.

I just loved my experience with Dr Sloan. He made my surgery so simple and so easy. After it was over, I wasn't in much pain and I did as instructed and I feel so great. I never even picked up any pain pills after my surgery and now feel that I can do what I want to do and eat what I want to eat. The only mi or discomfort that I had was coughing but that was expected after a throat surgery.

I felt very well taken care of and safe the moment the EMTs brought me into the emergency room. The doctors and nurses in the emergency room took very well care of me. They informed me on everything they were doing and why. I can't thank them enough for the great care they gave me. I was admitted into the hospital for 2 days so they can run multiple tests to make sure everything was okay with me before sending me home.

Every doctor, nurse, and technicians that ran the test were fantastic. They all made me feel very special and safe while I was there. Thank you to everyone at the hospital from the bottom of my heart for taking care of me.

Thank you Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital, my husband and I cannot say enough good about our care there! My husband was hospitalized for a week and 24 hours a day he had excellent care! From his Dr. ( Dr. Kachmann) to the NP, the nurses and the physical therapy staff and the dining staff and the housekeeping staff, I could go on and on they all were very caring, helpful, informative just genuinely concerned for the patient. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him!

Was in the heart pavilion for outpatient surgery and everything went as planned. Kind of a long wait to get checked in but I think it was because of covid and I had to take a test. The nurses were great especially the nurses in the operating room. They were funny and friendly but really knew what they were doing. They made things as comfortable as possible and their great attitude took the edge off of a stressful situation

My Registrar and the tech in Radiology were awesome. Both were very friendly, personable and accommodating. I apologize for not paying closer attention to their names! Radiology got me in and out very quickly, which of course was a perk! My only complaint is with the gal who was in the office in Radiology. She wasn't friendly. She did appear to be busy, as she had a headset on and I believe was fielding calls. So, perhaps she needed help. Honestly, I can't be sure because she really didn't acknowledge me.

I had to get some labs done and I always go to Lutheran simply because it's close by my house. So everything was going fine until I had to get my blood drawn. My chest x-ray went fine as well as my EKG. I waited almost 2 1/2-3 hours to get my blood drawn. Not only that people that arrived after me were helped before me which made me very furious. Mind you I had already been at the hospital since about 9 or so the morning I went.

I understand they were short handed but something has to change because that can't keep happening. Lilly did apologize and informed me that she was behind so I understood that but I was not happy overall. I hadn't eaten that morning either and I didn't leave until almost 2pm. Thank you!

My experience at the hospital was really Amazing. My water broke I was in labor and everyone at the hospital was very friendly and helped me the best they could. I felt very safe there and especially after I had my little boy I felt like he was very safe too. They do have really good food good food there everyone there is Outstanding I didn't have a problem with any of the nurses.

This is definitely the place to go to when you are having a baby I am so very happy I pick this hospital. If anyone else is wondering if they should go to this hospital they definitely should if you are expecting a baby. Or whatever else cause they are really good. I am very satisfied with their service. I will tell everyone I know to go to this hospital.

I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. All of the staff was polite and knowledgeable. I had to receive stitches on my head from a fall. All of the walk in clinics were at least a 3 hour wait and I got right in within 15 minutes. It did cost me a little more since it is considered an ER but I have no issues paying that when you are treated like a celebrity!
