Tri-State Medical Group (TSMG) is an Independent Practice Association (IPA) formed in 1996. TSMG is an IPA which presently has nineteen medical practices, representing over 100 practicing physicians and 75 Allied Health Professionals. TSMG also provides ongoing services for over 200 physicians and 125 Allied Health Professionals who are non-IPA members.
TSMG has clients throughout the United States. Our mission is to provide accurate, timely and professional services to our clients. Services
Managed Care Support Services provides the physician practices access to our secured online provider Database providing them with pertinent information on each of their providers. Our staff members work diligently in giving their full attention to ensure the provider's credentialing needs are meant timely and accurately.
TSMG's Compliance Support Service assist clients with tools and resources to implement and monitor HIPAA Privacy/Security Policies and Procedures. TSMG helps to meet applicable state and federal regulation under the Administrative Simplification Act of HIPAA. We offer a hands-on approach in working with our groups and are always available as a resource for any HIPAA related issues. Work with Privacy Officer to implement appropriate changes to existing polices or write any additional policies and procedures needed.
We are very pleased with Tri-State Medical Group, they have been professional, direct, reliable, and effective. Angela, our Billing Manager, has always been available for questions, coaching, and training our staff. She strategically helps guide our company through the labyrinth of billing issues. TSMG's expertise, has helped us streamline our office procedures to adhere to specific compliance and contract issues.
