Really disappointed with our experience here. Writing on behalf of my husband. He waited for 45 mins before even being seen, having been greeted by an unfriendly, uppity staff. Appointment went fine even though Dr. Spencer actually performed the procedure when I was told this was just a consult. That wasn't even a big deal until I went to check on his antibiotic Rx, which was supposedly sent to our local CVS.
I went to CVS day of and day after the appointment (3-4pm). They searched all the databases and he has nothing under his name. Called Dr. Spencer's nurse and left a vm. Never got a call back. To top it off, they are closed on Fridays and the procedure was on a Thursday. Now we have to go 3 days without a Rx after a semi-invasive procedure. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I have been a patients since Dr. Spencer started approximately 20 years ago and it might be difficult to get a routine visit on short notice, but if you plan ahead it is not a problem. And if you have an urgent concern I have always gotten the appropriate response from his staff. As far as skill set, he is a second generation Dermatologist, Pediatrician, and surgeon with 75,000 patients, and he doesn't necessarily prescribe what insurance companies would like, in my opinion he adheres to the Hippocratic Oath. If you want a professional and caring physician, you would be fortunate to see this Doctor.
