Dr. Kennedy saw my daughter for migraines and was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained well, my young daughter was comfortable with him and he was clear explaining any questions. The appointment was prompt and the staff was very friendly. So then when my husband needed to seek a doctor for his neuropathy we again had an overall pleasant experience, He was very thorough as well as being attentive and informative. So far we have been very comfortable and happy with the practice and Dr. Kennedy.

Dr Kennedy is amazing! So thankful for him! He listens attentively and cares He also went through my test results where I could understand. His staff was helpful and kind as well. I highly recommend this doctor and his office! We are grateful!

Was called 3 days before my scheduled appointment to be told they were canceling my appointment due to insurance but why wait till a few days before the scheduled appointment. This appointment had been made for months and they wait till a few days beforehand to check the insurance. The woman on the phone was beyond rude.

I visited Dr. Crittenden twice each time for a sleep study. Both times my results were never shared as expected or shared with the wrong doctors and dentists. When I went for a follow up with Dr. Crittenden he verbally told me one thing, but my family Doctor read his report and read that he suggested another thing. After a year passed the results were too old for my Dentist to use to use, so I had to retake the study, pay for it as well.

I followed up twice now with the office and both times they said my results were sent to my dentist, but when I asked the name of the dentist, it was not my dentist in which I gave them but another dentist in another county.

I had an appointment with Dr. Kennedy yesterday and thought he was very thorough and took a lot of time with me. He explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. Great experience.

I saw Dr. Kennedy today! It was an awesome experience! Thank You Dr. Kennedy. He was extremely thorough and my case is complicated! I have renewed confidence.so very excited! I can't recommend him enough! Thank You Precious Lord for the people you bring into my life! Blessings and Healing to all

1 minute late with 1 person in waiting area and I had to pay and reschedule. Finally got in to see Dr, he literally tossed years of records aside. He treated us as if we were causing him Ian inconvenience. He immediately wanted us to do two tests where he is making money on. Sleep studies opened a new wing, but I went for neuro! All other patients went to see older dr.

Who believes he is above everyone! He talked down to an older lady right in front of everyone and made it very clear that if her symptoms didn't fall within his scientific rules was wasting his time. I didn't go back and scheduled my next appointment In Asheville. We are not helpless things. People need to read and learn from all of information available to us today and hold our Drs accountable.

Everyone is different and proven or not, the symptoms that are important to them are important. OUR WORLD IS BIGGER and we do not have to feel like we are stuck with Drs with such limited views and apparently lacking respect for any of us AS CUSTOMERS!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a physician. I experience severe headaches daily and came prepared with migraine journals, prescriptions and useful information to aid Dr. Kennedy in my first visit. Upon entering the examination room I felt uncomfortable immediately because I could tell that I was not receiving his full attention.

He did not examine my migraine journals nor did his console me when I began to cry because of my overwhelming headache. Instead his beeper went off and he abruptly left the room while I was upset. After returning to the room, Dr. Kennedy then told me he didn't know what was causing my headaches and advised me to stop taking all medicine completely.

I was ushered out of the examination room and billed $180.00 immediately for nothing. I HIGHLY recommend that nobody use this physician. He will not be concerned with your needs and will bill you a ridiculous amount of money for wasting his time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kennedy yesterday for my first visit. I found Dr. Kennedy to be a very kind and caring. He genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me. He took a lot of time getting to know me and learn about my problems. I will definitely be returning! Not to mention the wait time was very minimal. My time is very important to me and the last neurologist I saw averaged a 5 hour wait! In fact my first visit was 7 hour with no apology. My family was so worried about me-I got home at 8:30pm. Regardless Dr. Kennedy is a win win for me!

If you are looking for an apathetic, lazy clinician who doesn't do anything but tap your knees with a mallet and have you follow his finger, this is the place for you, because Dr. Kennedy provides just that. He listened to my complaints and the description of my symptoms, and simply suggested it was 'maybe' the fault of the medicine I was taking for said symptoms, and 'maybe' with a different approach I would see results.

He couldn't have tried less to determine what I am still currently suffering through if he wanted, and beyond 'searching' through medical records for 3 minutes in the back, his only real attempt to help anyone was helping himself by charging me 100 bucks for 15 minutes of his time that I had to schedule almost 2 months in advance. I recommend outsourcing to a different practice, one that actually cares about its patients.
