Gulfview Walk-In Clinic - Bayonet Point

I came here in excruciating pain from a lower back injury. I could not walk straight. I arrived around 11:30 am and was done in under an hour. I was very nervous as I am breastfeeding, wasn't sure if I could take any medication that would help. Dr. Dhaliwal knew exactly what to prescribe. The nurse assistant was kind and help explain taking the medication. Considering without a new MRI of my back he took care of me. I have to say I am in a lot less pain. Thanks to the whole team!

I went through my insurance company through their "Find a Doctor" option. Filtered by female, made my appointment with Dr Tejinder Dhaliwal (female). Upon checking in for my appointment, it turns out only the male husband (Dr Gunwant Dhaliwal) practices at the Clinic, and his wife (who is listed at the practice per insurance) only works at the hospital.

The front desk receptionist raised her voice several times when I questioned the office's policies, which was completely unprofessional of her. The tech who checked me into my room and took my O2 and BP and history intake didn't have an ounce of bedside manner and recorded my information wrong (wrong allergy is in system). Finally, when Dr Gunwant came in to see me, he didn't wash his hands upon entering or exiting, and he prescribed me a medication. I asked him how the medication worked and he replied "What do you mean?". He left and walked right into the room of the next patient. I would not return here.

Every thing is completely explained.in plain english!

I understand what is wrong, how it will be tended to, and what to expect from various treatment options! NEVER HAD THAT BEFORE.I feel involved and educated about my condition.

Dr. Dhaliwal And His Team Are Very Professional. I Love Going Here, They Are Very Patient And Very Understanding When It Comes To My Needs. He Also Makes Sure That You Have All The Information You Need Before Leaving His Office. 5 Star Highly Recommend!

I wasn't going to write a review, but as I've read the reviews and the rude/ arrogant responses from the doctor I've decided too. I stopped coming to this doctor for the same reason. He is extremely rude and tries to push his patients in and out like a meat market. I came in about a lump that developed under my arm and was very worried that it could be cancer.

He did tell me that it wasn't, but when I went to ask a question he ripped my head off and I actually had tears in my eyes as I left. As you can probably tell just be the doctors responses on here, he needs a real attitude adjustment or a new career. I won't be back. Edit: I wasn't upset about a straight forward answer, I was upset that he was so disrespectful and rude, talking down to me like I was a degenerate.

You can try and manipulate or sugar coat it all you want. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after reading your responses to all of the other patients saying the same thing, then I decided to voice mine. I don't care, I have found a good doctor so I'm not upset. You can keep sugar coating his behavior all you want but until he changes it he will keep costing the practice patients. I my self work in health care and would never speak to a patient in such a disrespectful manner.

Fast and efficient service, all info is readly available. Fair prices for the uninsured. I don't need to take a day off to be seen they are open on Saturday. The best thing for me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE attitude. Look at you responding to people as if you're above them. They didn't get what they came for? You're a scumbag. Period. We asked you to EXPLAIN WHAT YOU DIAGNOSED AND PRESCRIBED MEDICINE FOR. You responded with, " I don't have to explain, I just write the script and you leave." You're unprofessional. You care more about your fish tank than your patients. You lack the common decency to explain to a concerned patient what exactly you believe is the problem. Go to hell. You don't deserve your license.

I signed my daughter in at 11:45 am on Saturday. We waited in my car. The office called us inside at 12:50 pm. My 13 year old daughter has had a fever for 6 days. Her pediatrician suggested we take her to urgent care. My daughter did take 2 Covid tests at home 4 days apart, and both were negative. We knew it wasn't Covid. Eulora saw my daughter. She was very nice.

She suggested a urine sample which my daughter was unable to provide. Without giving my daughter a physical exam (she did not look in my daughter's nose or ears) Eulora began writing a prescription for an antibiotic. I stated that my family tries to treat holistically first so I want to know what the diagnosis is before I give her an antibiotic. Eulora said she completely understood and suggested we draw some labs while we were there.

At the checkout, I asked the woman if I needed a handwritten prescription or if it would be called in. She said they would call it in. I told my husband when I got home how understanding the nurse was and how they did bloodwork. Then, the wait began for the antibiotic. I called CVS and was told nothing had been called in. While we continued to wait I read Google reviews about this office.

I did believe I was going to leave a good review, but the experience from the office on State Road 54 took a very weird turn. I called the office at 3:11 and asked if they were going to call in the prescription because CVS did not have it, yet. I was told it would be done. The office closed at 4 pm. CVS did not receive the prescription prior to the office closing.

A woman from the office called me at 4:52 pm. She said the nurse said I denied the prescription. I told her I've been waiting for them to call it in. She understood. At 4:55 pm, Eulora herself called me stating she was "confused." I told her I just need her to do her job. I was in my car, and she was on the bluetooth speaking to me through the speakers when she hung up on me with my husband and children listening.

I called CVS again, and again nothing. When my CVS closed at 6 pm, I contacted a 24 hour location and had them search the computer system. Again, nothing. Primary Care Walk in Clinic is closed on Sundays. I called our pediatrician's office and spoke to the on-call doctor. She suggested I take my daughter to another urgent care in hopes another doctor would follow through with patient care. I highly recommend After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care on Little Rd NPR.

Most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to. No communication skills what so ever. Yelled at me as a patient when I asked about the prescription he wrote me. Does not give a chance for you to explain yourself. Every patient should be heard. Walked in today I was very fatigue he made me feel like I am fighting for my right. His partner/wife is the same way as they are just there to get the job done as soon as possible. AGAIN, worst doctor I have ever visited in my entire life. I do NOT recommend for any of you to go to his office

Have been going to Dr. Dhaliwal for close to a year I think. He's really easy going and fun to talk to, I've never had a bad experience here. This is the only doctors office I visit and he keeps me up to date on check ups which is nice because I am pretty irresponsible sometimes lol very understanding and caring. Definitely recommend

I recently used this office and can honestly say they are some of the warmest and friendliest folks I have came across in the longest time! I am 61 y/o, and have seen many doctors during my life and it was so refreshing to have a doctors office treat you as a person.not just as a patient. Dr. Dhaliwal took the time to listen to me too, verses rushing me through the visit. KUDOS TO HIM AND HIS STAFF FOR DOING AN OUTSTANDING JOB! I would highly recommend this practice!

If you value your health, you will find another doctor to go to. I went hear for a sinus infection thing and the doc said it was some nerve issue. Well the infection is spreading and have lost hearing in one of my ears and without even looking at me, the staff told me " oh, its just earwax" without even looking at me or doing any testing. They literally just guess at your condition and then prescribe and sell you pills right there in the office.

This place is nothing but a pill farm. Typical Pasco county doctor. They have low prices because they have low quality care and services. Save your money and go see a real doctor and not some pill pushing hack.

I've never been seen by a more rude, nasty and unprofessional doctor in my life. I was sent here for pre-op testing it wasn't by choice and I will never go back and I am filling a complaint about this doctor. He cleared me for surgery never put a finger on me or so much as Checked my heart or lungs then refuse and loudly and rudely to me to leave and I can't get a copy of my paperwork and I was to leave his office so loud not just his staff heard it but all the people in waiting room did.

If it's got my name and or info on it it's my paperwork he can charge me for a copy but not withhold it and no right to shout rudely for me to get out of his office.

Dr. Dhaliwal is a good doctor, i have been seeing him on and off for 20 years, he is very honest and straight forward, every time i just listen to the Dr. Dhaliwal instructions i am better for it, i am stubborn and don't like to always listen, because i am against certain pills, Dr. Dhaliwal does what he has to do to get through to you, and he did that for me, and i am allot better for it.

I highly recommend, he has your best interest in heart and always does whats best for his patients. If you are looking for a no nonsense honest doctor that will get you well, then Primary Care Walk in Clinic is the right place for you. Also, his office staff is very nice.

I've been using Dr. Dhaliwal since 2012, regularly, always impressed with wait time and efficiency of staff. The doctor is always thorough, and the specailists he has come in for testing is so convenient. this is a good primary doctor as well as urgent care. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Very impressed with this little clinic! In and out in under an hour without an appointment and they were able to fill all of my prescriptions on site! Very friendly staff too! And the cutest fish tank in the lobby

Im done with this Dr. and the office in general I was diagnosed with Hiv i have been doubling over in pain for the past year i was forced to use medical marijuana to control the pain seeing the dr here wanted to ignore me when i kept screaming i was unable to eat and doubling over in pain. it got to the point where i had to go to the er because i had lost 20 lbs inside of 2 months i had stopped using medical marijuana because i was told it was making me sicker that was a lie, they want to take me off of the medical and shove me on some fucking narcotic because thats good for my body (not) oh and lets take away the one item that is also giving me a fucking appetite are you serious and to tell your patient well your not skinny its ok for you to lose weight so what its ok for me to fucking double over in pain to seeing as how you didnt do a fucking thing about that, you didn't fix that the er and I did not you, i will be finding a new primary care physician trust that and one that actually knows what the fuck there doing not just being pill pushers.those kick backs from the drug company's pretty nice hugh must be to sell your soul to the devil.

I've been using primary care walk-in clinic as my primary physician for a little more than two years now. I've never actually met the doctor, but the physicians assistant, Eulora is wonderful has a good personality, and is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. The fact that I can make an appointment OR walk in if I feel bad is nice. My old Dr. took months to get an appointment with!

When I called was only put on hold briefly, when I got there the receptionist let me know the wait time was a bit longer then the guesstimate provided over the phone. The Dr saw me, was strait to the point; politely explained results. On my way out no surprise charges only co pay. I'm happy with the clinic.

They are still getting unprofessional reviews after over a year! All the BS claims on number of people served still doesn't make this place a good recommendation to obtain services! You may have had 10,000 folks go through your doors but don't list how many of them had bad services. I'm not asking about good services as this should be the highest expected services given! 100% of the time!

This primary care is professional and clean. They care about their patients and were able to help me with my medical clearance. No complaints, did not wait long in the waiting room. Was seen quickly and taken care of during my visit.

If I could give negative stars I would! Please do not go here. They are not knowledgeable and are crooks. I saw a response saying prices are posted, but then why do they give higher prices to insurance companies (Sounds like insurance fraud)? They are not for helping people, but for taking advantage of people and insurance companies! Once again, please go anywhere other than here.

Unlike your response the staff there stated it was a new arrangement and newer staff. I find it strange you assume I'm a college student. which I completed back in 1979. You sir are the reason for the failure of Professional Services! Take responsibility and "Man Up"! To try and blame a walk-in person that took the time to review the experience they had. is a sign of deflection and avoidance of the underplaying issues! Again you lose and failed!

The waiting room was hot, my wait was long, the care giver was very pleasant. The receptionist not so much and the nurse was just okay. The place is filthy. All the floors and baseboards are dirty. Dirt in the corners just dirty overall. Office seems to push paying $25 for a $2 with insurance antibiotic or $25 for Rocephin, feels a little greedy to me. It's a good thing the AANP was good or this would be a one rating.
