I have taking my kids to practice associates for as long as I remember and I just love them they have always taken the time to talk to you and listen to all my concerns and address them and now we take the grandkids to them they are the best and i highly recommend them to anyone

Dr. Linda Glass has gone above and beyond for our son just in the week since his arrival. We are very pleased with the care she provides for our baby.

Addie is my my daughter's doctor and she is wonderful! She always takes her time, answers all our questions, and when concerns arise we have gotten referrals. I have been nothing but pleased with this place!

*Original Review* ============ I like the experience at the hospital but their customer call center service is frustrating, I spent over 5 min listing to their history through their automated response, then the phone ran hoping that I was about to talk to a customer rep but NO ONe picked up the phone for up to 15:05 min! When customer call we expect to get a response not a lesson about your history, and if you can't reply please at least call back! *Update* ======== Following my previous review and the hospital's reply, I'm happy to say that they addressed the wait time and no response issues in a timely manner.

They sent me a letter through mail, stating that they took this serious and were working to adjust it. Thank you so much for a prompt response and for adjusting this issue. I'm pretty sure it will help others. My wife called later on and the response was immediate, Many thanks!

My kids always never saw the same doctor and didn't have a relationship with there doctor. Then my daughter who is scared of males I asked for just females and twice she saw a male doctor. Then I'm the middle of a transfer I wanted to keep my sons apt for his adhd to get him help in school as he is struggling and they cancel it on me and don't even have the audacity to call you and let you know

My boys are now 15 and 9. Both saw Ann when they were younger and she was seeing patients. We loved her. When she left, we were given whoever whenever which is awful because you never end up seeing a provider regularly to build a relationship. The final provider assigned to my boys was Eric. Eric lacked compassion and had an arrogance to him that made my mother not want to be in the same room as him.

My 15 year old had leg pain during the summer of 2021 and sadly NO ONE at that practice would listen to my concerns let alone call me back! He had elevated lab work and I kept demanding more to be done. I even received promises from Linda that she would get him to be seen. Guess what, no call back. He finally collapsed at school in the fall and after several months, we finally had our answer and now my son had to fight for his life thanks to being put off for so long. Sadly this practice no longer seems to care about their patients and I have since pulled them both.

The staff at Pediatric Associates are amazing. My kids have been going there since they were born. Linda Glass is the best.

Dr. Linda is awesome. She assesses, converses, asks, listens, guides and answers as many questions one may have. We are very pleased with her as a pediatrician and pleased with the practice.

Lewiston pediatrics is a very great place. I have found all the doctors and associates there to be very good with children. Sometimes it's quick and sometimes it cannot be. It's all circumstantial due to how busy they can be some days. Always worth the wait if there is one.

They denied my son a visit due to a payment issue on their end that was supposedly handled 5 yrs agos. This appt is for my sons immunization shots to keep attending kindergarten yet they didn't care. Dr's are great but the overall staff could care less

Katie Ryan is the BEST! love all the staff here and you can tell they really care about the kids and are so kind at the front desk and check out. Really really is a great doctor's office.very grateful to have them

My grandson has been dealing with constipation for months. I asked for a referral to a specialist because nothing is helping. They haven't given a referral and I had to take him by ambulance to the hospital. I don't recommend them. They don't care about the welfare of your children.

This placed failed my twin girls terribly. We have been battling coughing, wheezing, congestion, having trouble breathing. the works! For over 2 months now. They disregarded anything that I suggested and brushed it off as them "just being sick kids" I knew it was more than that and they refused to look more into it. We were in every single week for the same problem with no end of the problem in sight.

I finally got fed up after I had a 45 minute conversation that wasn't entirely pleasant with one of the medical assists. We immediately switched them to CCS pediatrics and within 1 week and an X-RAY they have been diagnosed with ASTHMA! I will never recommend this place as they're just a factory to make money, they DO NOT care about your child's well-being.

Pediatric Associates is a place that my child go. They are so friendly, kind and very understandable, especially with New Mainers. I was very limited with my English and they was so patient with me. Pediatric Associates have a very unique team. And all of them are very capable and professional. One day we call them after the business hours for a medical advice, they were so helpful and even more they call us next day to check on us.

That really made our morning! Moreover, their office is very clean from the inside and the outside. They make VERY good strong connections with children. Listen to your complain and they share their concerns clearly. I highly recommend it. Araksan~

I brought my son here for his first check up and the doctor was amazing he sat there for about a half hour just getting to know my son before even doing anything else and that is it good signs me that he cared enough I would recommend this place to anybody with children

There is no better place. My wife and I are extremely comfortable with the entire staff. From the doctors to the front office, expect expertise and genuine love for your child. They are best for communication, reliability, and understanding. Everything a parent expects when it comes to their child's health. It's crucial for such a big office like this one to work as a unit.

The nurses and staff have always been prompt with a response to our concerns from the doctor. We can't thank Lewiston Pediatrics enough for supplying us with the best care for our child. A big shout out to Dr Jen and Addi. You guys are the best.

Tony is an amazing doctor! He actually listens to concerns you have with your child. The people there are amazing! Most are super good with children.
