If you're a parent, it probably comes as no surprise that middle ear infections are common in children, particularly those between the ages of six months and two years. Known as otitis media, these are caused by a number of factors, both physical and environmental. Most ear infections clear up on their own, or are treated with antibiotics.

I had a bad sinus infection. I was in severe facial pain. I called the nurse who called me back and had the doctor prescribed a nasal spray. The next day I felt worse so I called nurse again and she informed Dr Kelly was in surgery and she was going to speak with np to but me on antibiotics. I waited and no one called me back or send prescription for antibiotics.
I calledthe nurse back to discover the office is closed. So I called the on call physician, who never came to the phone and instructed the answering service staff to tell me to use something under the counter or go to urgent. Something if he read my records and came to the phone he would have known I had a sinus infection. It was like he didn't care about the patients and I felt like I disturb him. If they don't have patients they would have to closed down. I will look for another doctor asap.

Truly despicable, money-grubbing business. I received an allergy medication a year ago that I forgot to refill until I was almost out. Two days before leaving for the holidays I tried to refill it. They refused because it had been a few weeks more than a year since I last saw them. After multiple calls to get it resolved, the lady I spoke to refused to ask the doctor to give me even a small amount to get me through my travels until I can return and see the doctor.
This behavior is absolutely horrible any time of the year, but a few days before Christmas it seemed particularly rotten. Words cannot express how disgusted I am at the rude, heartless, inconsiderate behavior of these people.

The doctor that I spoke with was very rude and did not listen to anything I was saying. He basically dismissed all of my feelings and everything I was telling him about my tonsils. I was visibly upset and crying because of how much pain my tonsils cause me and he completely wrote me off and told me nothing was wrong.

Needed a refill on my prescription. I left messages, and my local Pharmacy attempted to call them over two week period of time. They never returned any calls or faxes from me or my pharmacy. When I finally got a return call, they refused to refill my prescription because it had been 1 year since last seen at their office. So instead of temporarily refilling my prescription until my newly created appointment that was a week away, I must wait because they want their office visit.
This is a prescription that the Doctor at Eastern Shore ENT said I would always have to take for probably years to come. Very terrible customer service over the phone IF you can ever reach anyone. Save yourself the time and money, find another ENT, this is one you should HIGHLY avoid.

They gave me a siezure doing a test that found out nothing at all. I was in hospital 25 mins after leaveing there office. I had 2 partial siezures on table. They denied doing anything to me and still charged me several hundred dollars, and my insurane several hundred. for a 25 min one time visit. Would not reduce bill said they didnt cause anything and there was no sign of anything in office. They are horrible people.

My daughter has been a pt here since she was 3. They have always been very thorough and I credit them for her being able to breath and hear adequately. Yes, the wait time can at times be lengthy, but this is no different than any other medical office. 99% of the staff are always friendly. Dr. Kelley has performed 2 surgeries over the past 9 years on her, both of which have made a world of difference. I have no complaints.

This place like most medical facilities is designed to legally rip you off. All I needed was an allergy test, it took 4 visits and $2,000+ to get straight! My appointments with the "doctor" were awkward because he had NO reason to be meeting with me. I was asked a few questions and told to go schedule an appointment for the testing? After 2 days of testing I am apparently "allergic" to everything I eat on a daily basis.
The technician had some BS answer to how that could be possible and then in my "follow-up" appointment the doctor regurgitated the same lines and hand me my results which i already had immediately following the tests. Be careful of excessive and unnecessary appointments. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
