I visited this facility September 14, 2021 while on vacation. WARNING: Do not give them any paperwork that you expect to get back! I gave them my list of medications, surgeries and family medical history to make a copy for my file. I found out that it was shredded and never scanned into my file. Now 45 years of my medical past and my grandparents information is GONE!

Front desk person and nurse was very nice but when it came to the actual doctor she was TERRIBLE. Bad attitude, condescending, telling me I wasn't really sick and that if she would prescribe me medicine it would "help" but didn't want to do that. How does that make sense? Just got back from vacation and have to go to my real doctor while still feeling this way for a week. Go somewhere else first y'all :

Used to be a great medical center but today I had about the worst experience ever with a doctors office. I made an appointment over a month ago, drove for 4 hours to get here and was told when I arrived by the doc that I wouldn't be seen today because they over booked. No one called me. I've been feeling suicidal and needed to talk to someone about treatment. This is the treatment you get. FU treatment.

I had had to take my five year old son with a disability there while on vacation. From the moment we walked in staff was very kind, patient, and accommadating towards my son and me. The doctor diagnosed my son correctly and prescribed the right treatment. He is now on the mend.: We were also in and out in about an hour.

I've been here twice for walkin care and my father used this location for his primary care. Excellent place to go! Much better than the other "popular" walk-in medical centers that won't even take insurance, period. You have to pay those places in full and submit the visit to your insurance yourself for reimbursement.

The walk-in receptionist, English or Australian accent, was very very unhelpful and provided misinformation in the most condescending way about my insurance. From eye rolls to calling me a "kid who doesn't know about his insurance" and a "know it all" her behavior was very unprofessional, especially if you're in a public service field. I just wanted a walk-in, and this lady is speaking down to me about my insurance and why AGH wont accept it, when the whole time they do accept my insurance and she was just assuming without even checking for me.
She made me call my insurance provider to unnecessarily make a change to my PCP when my insurance doesn't require that. When I told the insurance lady about AGH's "preference" she was confused an asked to speak to the receptionist. So I tried handing the receptionist my phone to speak with my insurance agent and the receptionist rudely refuses my phone exclaiming in a disgusted tone "I do not talk on other people's phones". -Mam, you work in Doctor's office. such a hostile response to a phone is the last thing you should be worried about.
