No stars! I am frustrated for my parents with Medicare. The billing department is not submitting the correct information after months of requests and promises. I am fluid in medical billing. With the ease of electronic access I can't fathom the stupidity of this department. Please don't erroneously pay unwarranted bills from this facility. They are preying on patients - Medicare patients - who may otherwise not understand.

I had went to Adventist Healthcare main office here as I had one a gift card. They are very nice staff just like the hospital and it was GREAT to meet them and see that they are as caring and friendly as the hospital is.
