Dr. FALCK is an amazing, sincere doctor & absolutely worth waiting to see, if you must. He expertly corrected my double vision, which was a residual affect from an earlier stroke that had been wrongfully diagnosed by a Norwich opthalmologist. I AM FORVER grateful for his expertise in correcting my sight problem which had hindered me immensely!

Strongly recommend against this practice. There are many qualified ophthalmologists in the area that will treat you with respect and give you highly skilled care. You WILL wait HOURS past your scheduled appointment time to be seen. You may or may not receive your medical records if you decide to leave the practice.

Because Dr. Falck is the only specialist of his kind in the region, his staff can treat patients however they please. In my experience, it was horribly. In 11 years as Dr. Falck's patient, I have never waited under an hour to be seen - just by an assistant. I was recently made to wait over an hour in an empty waiting room for a 10-minute test, with Fox News blasting at me the whole time (when I asked the receptionist to turn it down, she told me to go in a back room and shut the door instead). My request to switch to a different doctor was ignored, signed release form and all. If you can avoid this office, I suggest you do.
