Doctor showed no concern for my pain or condition. Went to emergency room next day, they did MRI and rushed me to Hartford Hospital for emergency surgery the next day. I would not recommend this group for orthopedic pain.

All of the staff on both the medical and therapy sides have been fantastic. Communication and follow up have been consistent and and complete throughout my pre-op, post-op and pt.

Overall experience was excellent! Dr. Covey is a phenomenal orthopedic dr. He saved me from a very complex surgery and stayed the course with me until my arm healed without surgery! Highly recommend!

In the past couple of years I had to use this facility for a few issues, the last being the result of a motor vehicle accident. All the doctors I saw at the practice were friendly, thorough, and concerned about my recovery (Dr Stockton, Dr Ferguson, and Dr Rifaey). The staff in the therapy department was very good, professional and extremely friendly. Would I go back there if I had another issue.yes. And I cannot forget to mention Wendy and the rest of the office staff I dealt with.

I had two joint replacement shoulder great experience, knee replacement totally different so mixed feeling for me. Knee replacement not about patient. I suffer because over hydra me. Left hospital with UTI. I don't understand different units do get it but not great care second time surgery. I can't recommend unit seriously but now another shoulder replacement surgery do better.

Excellent doctor and medical staff. They took their time, took good care of me, and answered all of my questions. The practice is first rate. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience as always! From the registration, questions from the nurse and ultimately meeting with Dr. Pravda, who is the epitome of a true professional. The entire team is excellent and I highly recommend this orthopedic group!

This place is horribly disorganized and infuriating. I come in for pains and they tell me I can't see anyone because of a 2 year old bill that they never sent to me, after making me do an hour and a half of calls and paper work. It would be helpful if they had told me about the bill beforehand but I guess not. On top of all that you can't ask about the bill at the front desk, but you can pay it there.

The lady at the desk seemed super enthusiastic when saying we could just pay a bill blindly and gave a half sympathetic apology when I declined. Seriously this place is not genuine and disorganized. If I could rate it lower than a star I would.

This place deserves zero stars. Doctor made me wait 45 minutes past appointment time for every visit, then got about 5 minutes with him before being sent along. They changed my procedure during surgery, a year later I have the exact same pains and issues I did as before surgery. During recovery they changed my medicine without seeing me, on top of that my prescription directions changed each time I needed a refill (twice a day?

Three times?) On top of everything they decided to send a $300 bill to collections during the pandemic despite us making payments on all the separate bills they sent us for one surgery. Do your self a favor and go anywhere else.

Comprehensive Orthopedics has extremely nice and helpful staff. They are flexible with appointments working around my work schedule and have a very clean facility and what I'm really impressed with is how well they understand my situation and come up with a solution and an in-depth system to handle said situation. Very professional and down to earth.

Excellent Dr. Renay, combines old fashion physical moving and latest technology. Gets it right every time. Comprehensive does a great job with my back and shoulder pain.

I have been a patient at Comprehensive Orthopedics for years. They always treat me with respect and take me as soon as I am checked in. I recommend them and Dr. Kolstad is great!
