Crestwood Pediatric Associates has been serving Prince William County & the Manassas area for over 30 years. In 2010 the practice expanded to add a second office in the Gainesville/ Haymarket area to allow better access for our patients in western Prince William County, Fauquier County, and Loudoun County. Our doctors are all board certified fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible pediatric care, whether it be for routine well child care or for sickness.
Services
We consider ourselves to be in a partnership with our parents, providing them with the best, most up to date information regarding the health care of their child or young adult. During their visit, we will provide them with our years of experience, written information, policy statements from our academy, and refer them to reputable web sites when indicated.
Dr. Patel graduated from Saint George's University School of Medicine in 2008 and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2011. She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics and her main goals are to build strong relationships with her patients and their families and provide the best care possible.
If you need to speak to a doctor after hours, you may call our answering service. The doctor will return your call within 2 hours. Many of our parents' concerns can be handled with the assistance of testing, photos, and face time now. Please save routine questions, scheduling, referral, or prescriptions requests until regular business hours.
We offer an after hours call service for urgent conditions that can not wait until normal business hours. The after hours calls are returned by the physicians within 1 to 2 hours. The physicians do not refill routine medications, call in antibiotics, or schedule appointments. If you need advice when our office is closed, please call 703-257-3909.

We love Crestwood Pediatrics. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us, we take our children there knowing they are getting excellent care by wonderful doctors! We never feel rushed by the providers and appreciate that they take the time to make sure our questions are answered. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful and the nurses are great.

I have always and will always go to Crestwood Pediatric for my children. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My child once went in with severe stomach pain and after a quick exam, Dr. Abbott figured out the problem, and he has been doing great ever since. If you are trying to find the right place to trust with your children's health, you have found it!

We have been going to Crestwood for almost 16 years now. Both my boys (15,9) have gone since they were born and now my daughter goes as well since she was born. We love Crestwood and wouldn't go anywhere else. So glad we chose them to care for our kids. We love all the doctors and nurses. They are always so kind and caring.

When my adult children were children, we brought them to Crestwood Pediatrics. Now that my son has children of his own, he and my daughter-in-law bring my grandkids to Crestwood. Additionally, keeping Crestwood in the family, my wife and I bring our six year-old to Crestwood (a true modern family)! My wife and I certainly had options when choosing a pedestrian, but we didn't hesitate to choose Crestwood. We have not regretted that decision in the least. We get appointments when we need them and the best care available.

Wonderful experience with Crestwood pediatrics Dr. Abbott and Madison Smith NP have always been amazing! They both take the time to listen to patients concerns and are incredibly thorough. They are always respectful and personable! I would highly recommend Crestwood to anyone who wants amazing care!
