The doctors are awesome but the people who answer the phones are ALWAYS rude. If you become a new patient and go through the hassle of transferring all your records over they don't actually do anything with them until your first appointment. My son had a 102 temp and they made me sit on the phone for a half an hour while they put him in the system when it should have been done weeks ago when I gave them the records and registered him.
Wait times are terrible. They had my son, who had a 102 temp sitting in the exam room for an hour (not exaggerating) waiting for the doctor to come in. I thought they were just having a bad day, but went through the same thing when i brought my daughter in for a physical. Exam rooms are dirty, and the floor in the exam rooms at the E. Bridgewater location (cheep laminate) is peeling up which is a trip hazard.
The buildings are very outdated and not handicapped accessible which makes it incredibly difficult when bringing multiple young children because you can't bring a stroller. The doctors must be so great to make up for all the other nonsense. Unfortunately great doctors aren't enough to keep our business when other doctors offices get you in and out in 20 minutes. Stay away from this place.
