Me and my daughter see Monika here at this location. Monika is our nurse practioner and she is amazing. I have nothing to say, but good things about her. The nursing staff are awesome as well! They're kind, considerate and patient. ELFP can be pricy if you don't have insurance, but you won't find better care anywhere else.

My mother sometimes is seen at this location and just to get through to make her appointment takes forever and there attentiveness level is another story. My mother will advise of different pain ext and it's like they don't try to help her figure out the issue and don't listen to her needs. When she got a Covid test they never called back with news. When she called they just told her no new is good news Idk I'm indifferent about this doctor office

I've been going to this location for the past 3 years. I had the worst experience with N.P April Gordan. This Nurse did hear what I had to say about the issues that was going on with me. I'm on BP medication needing some assistance in maybe reducing my pill or adding a full pill. She sent the CNA to tell me she don't prescribe.that's not professional at all.
But no wonder she a NP not a doctor. She an African American NP with braids in her head that meets half way from her scalp.she recognizable.can't miss her. STAY AWAY FROM HER.I continue my service someone else because she don't give a concern about no one's health. This is not the end.

This was the worst doctor's visit I've ever been too. Front desk/check out personnel were friendly. I waited 40min to be called back. The nurse who worked with me was super friendly. However, my interaction with the doctor was pathetic. He comes in the room after the nurse's assessment and says my diagnostic is allergies. He didn't even inspect me.
I have the nastiest cough full of phlegm for 3 weeks, pain in my ears and the doctor gives me a diagnosis without checking anything in my body? After he sent ALL the prescriptions to the drugstore, he finally stood up and checked my breathing and ears. One ear was so full of wax he couldn't even see my eardrum. Then, in a very dismissively manner; after I expressed my concerns about the ear pain he said I could have them rinsed out if I wanted.
After the nurse, rinsed them out, the doctor came in and asked if I had any more questions. I asked him what was "inside the inhaler medicine". He explained it was supposed to soothe my airways. Fine. I asked him to spell the name of the medicine. I am CLEARLY a non native speaker asking an American person to spell an English word so I can text my husband what was prescribed to me.
He does it, I ask him to repeat because it was a little fast and he spells it in the same speed. I look up (was writing on my phone) and he says "Just Google it". What type of oath sworn doctor treats a patient this way? If he has no empathy for others, he is in the wrong field. Doctors are not above anyone in this world. So, to hear someone (who SWORE to try to give the best care possible to his patients), tell you to Google what your inhaler is, is appalling.
I get that there might be a chance he didn't want to be there on Christmas eve, but guess what? I didn't want to be there either. Still I didn't treat him with the contempt he treated me. On a final note, you should right the complete address of your offices in your appointment reminders instead of writing "mcdonough office highway 81. People might get confused since there are 2 offices that could potentially be that one. Not that it matters to you, because your practice is very big and one patient won't make a dent in your revenue, but I will never step a foot inside your office again.

Practitioner and office staff are always GREAT at visit. However, if you need a prescription or any follow up information, you will not get what you need. Employee hung up the phone on me when I asked why I wasn't called about lab results and why RX had not been sent to pharmacy a week after my appointment.

I have been going to Eagles Landing in Conyers for 7yrs. The doctor's are awesome! They are knowledgeable and up to date with the medical trends. Not only are the doctor's great; the Nurse Practitioners are just as good! I wouldn't go to any other place, but Eagles Landing for my medical needs. They all show love and care to everyone who walks through there doors.

Everyone was polite & professional. Quick to get me checked in and seen. Been looking for a new General Practice Dr, may have found them. Edit 09-14-2021: Sadly I am taking my review from a 4 star to a 2 star due to finding out 4 months later (from my insurance claims dept) that when I first visited, someone in the office contacted my insurance co to verify the benefits I would receive.
My insurance co informed them that the Dr was not in their Network and would not cover the office fees. No one from this office informed me of this and just continued to treat me. So now I am sitting with a big medical bill and can not get the Billing Manager to return my call to find out how this happened.

Unfortunately this is just another patient factory, pumping patients through as quickly as possible and on to the next one. You'll see the doctor for 10 minutes while he tells you what other doctors and appointments to go to, then he's rushing out the door to the next patient. Instead of taking the time to figure out your problem and taking into consideration your financial situation, they are just looking to get as many appointments out of it as possible.
The doctor was just taking guesses. After a few appointments, I am now out of a lot of money and no closer to figuring out what's wrong. However I did go through a pretty hefty round of antibiotics that I did not need. Are there no doctors left to actually care about each patient individually?

HWY81 practice always get called back on time, if not a few minutes early. I would recommend NP Evelyn Redding. I never feel rushed, she makes sure your good with explanation and takes time for questions. She is thorough with her annual physicals which is always appreciated and she takes time at end for any questions. I even had a calcium heart score CT done, but had to have them refer.
They contacted the place I wanted to go to and made sure I was good. Then when they got results, Evelyn contacted me directly and went over findings. I know they had to jump through a few hoops to get this set up for me and again appreciate it.

First they were pretty good as far as scheduled appointment and getting you in and out in a timely matter. At the time of my first visit, they were out of one of the vaccines I needed for my children. But they said no worries and when we come back it would be just a nurse visit in and out no appointment needed. I was instructed to call back to see if the vaccine came in.
So I called and I was told yes they had it. No appointment scheduled I went up there and waited almost a hour just to be told that they don't have it. I then told them to call me when it's ready! So I get a call the next day and went back up there 2 days later. When I get up there it's about 6 or 7 people in the lobby and I asked if I would have to wait behind everyone else considering it's only the nurse visit.
I again was told no and there is no wait time right now for nurse visit. I said ok. I still waited almost a hour and everybody was seen before LITERALLY! And this is after being told I don't need appt for nurse visit. I will schedule ALL appointment for now on regardless.

I went in to get a tick bite checked out. It seemed fine, but just taking extra precaution to avoid possible Lyme disease.& to make my wife happy (most importantly!) Dr. Shue (?) checked it out. He said it looked okay, but prescribed an antibiotic, just to make sure. The only down side was the wait. but that's just the nature of the medical world.
