Dr. Sean M. Miles is a Board Certified Family Physician. He grew up in nearby LaGrange, GA where his family instilled strong values and taught him the importance of education and good work ethic. Dr. Miles graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering before going on to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.

Adolescent Medicine is an area of special interest of Dr. Miles and he sees the adolescent patients at our office. During his residency after medical school, Dr. Miles received specialized training in Adolescent Medicine and helped further develop this portion of the curriculum in his residency program.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I became a patient here when I moved to the area at the first of the year. April is by far, the best provider I've ever experienced, so this is in no way about her or the care I received from her, but today when I called because I've been battling what I believe is an ear infection, I was told I couldn't be seen in the office because I wasn't vaccinated for covid.
That is a personal choice that I made for my own health reasons, so for a PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR'S OFFICE to refuse to see me for routine issues is absolutely unacceptable. I'm not "sick", and I highly doubt my ear infection is contagious or a result of my lack of getting the vaccine.

I've been going to Miles Family Medicine for about 9 years. Dr. Miles & his staff are amazing. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting area. Dr. Miles personally comes out to retrieve his patients. He doesn't rush & takes time to hear your concerns & answer your questions. He has always been spot on with anything I've had going on & has exceptional bedside manner!
The front & back staff are extremely polite & helpful. When I call for an appointment, I usually get same day appointment, especially if it's for a sick visit. Anytime I leave a message, my call is usually returned the same day. Amy has been a nurse with Dr. Miles since I've been a patient and I can always count on her to answer my questions over the phone or get me the answers I need.
I honestly just can't say enough great things about this office! My experience here & every time, is like no other office I've ever been to. I moved about 2 years ago from Newnan to Gwinnett county, but still make the drive because that's how much confidence I have in Dr. Miles & his amazing staff! A++++

I have been going to Dr. Miles office since they were a small practice. Since his office has been growing he has had growing pains especially with his staff and how they treat his patients. I have two insurances and I am constantly having to file my secondary for them as they say we did this and we did that when as soon as I take care of it myself they are immediately paid.
I find it hard to believe that Tricare would not pay them if they did what they were supposed to do by sending my primary EOB. Now I am asked to pay for my visits because once again I had to file my secondary insurance. Secondly I said to the girl at the front desk that things worked a lot smoother and was more patient friendly when their office was smaller and I was told and I quote "We are just getting bigger" What does that mean?
I took it as we his loyal patients helped him grow now we don't need you as growing is more important. Well I'm done with the arrogance of your staff and the lack of respect for my time that they project on your behalf. It is time to move on.

My family has been going to Dr. Miles for years. They don't make me feel rushed while I'm in there, but I never have to wait long when I have appointments either! Even though I only see him once a year usually, Dr. Miles remembers me and can always engage in conversations. I would definitely recommend this office

Horrible. Don't know about the Dr. because I never got to see him. Receptionist stated could not see due to insurance would not pay till I payed the premium. Premium is on auto pay which comes out on 6th and appt was the 2nd. Called insurance company and they said that was not true that I was covered. They called to confirm appt. on the first and had me fast for 12 hours only to not be seen.
If your staff is incompetent then it makes the office as a whole look very bad. Insurance should have been verified day before appointment confirmation as to not make the patient who is diabetic have to wait 12 hours to eat.

I have been going to Dr. Miles for about 5 years now I would guess and have had nothing but positive experiences. They do what they can to work me in on my schedule and do their best to make sure I am taken care of. Even when Dr. Miles is busy and I have to see another doctor I always have a great experience.
