I saw PA Garcia and he was kind and knowledgeable. However I went back for a separate issue and saw one of the doctors and he was not helpful at all. He didn't know what was going on and gave me no answers. Sent me home when he saw there's no surgery he could do, like that's all that matters to them. Pain been occurring 10 months. Ive been unable to work for 10 months, yet there's no issue according to them and I was told to give it time.

I guess 10 months isn't enough time. Their website says "you don't have to deal with constant pain, " but that's basically what you're told when you go. I tried calling to make an appointment with PA Garcia, hoping he would help me as he did before. They told me they cannot do that until they get permission from the doctor. They haven't called back and wouldn't schedule me.

So now I have a worsening issue with no answers & pointless x rays. No other options were given to me to find out what's going on. Go somewhere else, they don't care about you here.

If you feel like this office is brushing you off because you're not immediately a candidate for surgery, you're probably right. My primary doctor referred me here to start an L&I case for painful movements associated with the activities performed at my job. In the first few appointments the doctor assured me she was going to do everything she could to help me find out what was causing the pain.

After an x-ray and a useless cortisone shot, she ordered an MRI which was denied by L&I. Now I was being told by the same doctor that I wasn't a case for surgery and she 'didn't know what else to do for me'. She told me to see my primary doctor for depression (I had lost my job literally that day due to not being able to return to work) then called me an incorrect name as I was leaving the office.

Then the office didn't send my paperwork correctly to L&I, even after I called multiple times requesting they do so. They didnt tell me they could try to appeal the MRI denial nor did they try after I asked. Luckily my L&I case manager let me know that the complete lack of a treatment plan wasn't right and advised me to find a new doctor for my case. I just wish I didn't waste months of being in pain on a doctor whose interest is only her pocketbook.

Appointment was made very easily, polite and knowledgeable staff, Dr. K was very personable and thorough with his exam. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at the facility. Would highly recommend this Business to others.

I have used Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates (BFOA) for over 12 years, begining with Dr. "K" (KONTOGIANIS) for Knee, Shoulder, and Wrist surgeries, including MRIs and Physical Therapy. The BFOA facilities are always modern, neat and clean. Those experiences have always been pleasant and competent. Most recently I have had Lower Back pain, so I asked BFOA to assign a Doctor who can help me.

I was assigned Dr. Garcia, whom I had never met, however, because I had reached out to BFOA I was not surprised at Dr. Garcia's pleasant manner and competence. What I like most about BFOA is that they pursue and fix what is causing the issue, not simply treating the symptoms, as I have found other Doctors. 5 stars for Benton Franklin Orthopaedic Associates!

My Surgery went amazing and the healing process is going fantastic. Dr. Heather Phipps was just incredible. I had this same surgery on my other shoulder a few years back and it was not fun at all. This time around it has been so much better. Thank you to you Dr. Heather and to your team.

I strongly recommend Dr. McKay to all the people that need a orthopedic. He helped me heal and didnt give up and made sure I was all healed up.

Andres Garcia has been a great help in figuring out what is happening with me. Everyone in the office is nice & courteous.very informative.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The assistants were very helpful, supportive, and friendly with my 3 year old. Our Physicians Assistant Andy Garcia was very helpful in answering any questions I had and explains the problem in easy to understand terms as well as how to fix the problem. My 3 year old does not like doctors but she liked Dr. Garcia and allowed him to place a cast on her elbow without hesitation. Overall a great experience and would recommend Benton Franklin Orthopedics to all my friends and family.
