Dr. Jade received her Doctor of Philosophy and certificate in orthodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry, Texas A&M University System Health Science Center in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Dr. Jade is an active member of American Association of Orthodontics, the Washington State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Our practice is constantly evolving with the latest in intra-oral imaging software and cutting-edge orthodontic technology. We have a state-of-the-art X-ray machine, which lets us make diagnostic records for patients quickly and easily. Our in-office lab also minimizes extra fees patients might incur at other offices.

The place is full of nice people but I would go somewhere else to get my braces done. I am writing this review four years later. I have always been very good about wearing my retainer doing everything possible to keep my teeth "straight". When I got my braces off I did not feel comfortable with my teeth at all they were still slanted sideways but they just weren't overlapping each other they were lined up but they were still slanted so if I was to ever stop wearing my retainer my teeth would overlap instantly.
Which definitely is not a confidence booster. you pay $5700 for your teeth to go back in the position they were which is extremely disappointing. I still wear my retainer but I still don't like how my teeth look with it. They are still facing sideways which drives me nuts because from one side it looks like my teeth are crooked. I would just save the money and go somewhere else.

I just finished my braces journey with Dr. Jade after 2.5 years and I have no complaints. She's very attentive and listens to your concerns and desires. The office staff is very professional and friendly, they make you feel welcomed as soon as you come in. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking to get braces, to come here.

Best ortho around. I have seen so many complaints about other orthodontist businesses and this one after a great experience I would recommend to everyone in need of braces. Very nice staff and clean equipment and clean work place. Stress free experience and they didn't charge any unnecessary extra fees that others may charge. Thank you Dr. Jade.

To be succinct about Jade Orthodontics: Price: Fantastic! Of all the orthodontists in the Tri Cities, this is certainly the best deal, and with the most accommodating in personal payments. You get deals for referring a friend, and they also benefit from a small discount on their final price. Availability: Superb. The office is officially open from Tue.-Sat. (at time of posting this review), however the staff is always willing to work with your schedule.
Emergency visits are available upon request. Staff: In my experience, this is the kindest staff that I have had the pleasure to work with. They are always patient with addressing any questions or concerns of mine, and consistently greet all their patients with smiles and a great attitude, without seeming overbearing or fake. In concert with their kindness, the doctor and staff also uphold professionalism with the utmost integrity. Misc: The office is clean, spacious, and calming.
Everything is run in a precise and organized fashion, which makes every visit a breeze. There is also the added benefit of free coffee and pens to your heart's content. Jade Orthodontics is always working to be involved with their clients on a practical level with activities such as bowling, costume parties, giveaways, etc. Overall, I highly recommend Jade Orthodontics to anybody in need or want of a great smile and enjoyable experience.

My husband recently got braces after years of searching for an orthodontist that we liked and that had affordable monthly payment options. When we discovered Jade Orthodontist we were very happy! They got us in, paper work done and his braces on in a short time! Very nice and fun people working in there. Love them!

We love Dr. Jade and her office staff! We visited a few other offices before choosing Dr. Jade. The minute that we met with her I knew that this was the place for my daughter! Dr. Jade took the time to explain to us everything that my daughter would need for her treatment. The staff is amazing. Always smiling and friendly. I recommend Dr. Jade to everyone we know!
