Kadlec Medical Center

We have heard alot of good things about kadlec medical center. We were sadly dissapointed. My wife has had a blockage on her overy for years. And recently she has a mass under her ribcage and in alot of pain. We waited there all day to have the dr say it's inflimation. So far there is not a Dr who will tell us what it is. I'm tired of drs

Frustrating and ridiculous.! Took my 2 yr old in for fever chills and no appetite. We were the 3rd patient in an ER room that only had 2 others waiting. 2 HOURS later and my son still hadn't been seen. I understand if it was packed. It wasn't. All my kids were born here at kadlec. Disappointing such a bad experience.

Absolutely awful experiences while trying to schedule tests. Hold times often exceed1/2 an hour, or the call gets dropped without warning. Or you can follow the option to leave your name and number for a call-back that will never come. Too few schedulers and too few hours where the scheduling department is open. Why such a busy place closes at 12:30 for scheduling on Fridays is a mystery to me.

Unbelievable! I was not told I could not bring another child to sit at appointment because of covid policies so they would not see my child at his appointment! I have brought my other child before in covid situations before because there was an age limit. I would have appreciated the staff to inform this to me during pre screening! Thanks a lot! Very upset as I waited two months for this appointment! Now I have to wait another two months! Unreal

I was born here not that I would know how the care was but also had our first born here. Nursing was amazing and the facility was great. Been here many times with different family members and it has always been a pleasant experience. There is one doctor to watch out for Dr McNair as I went to school with him and he is one of my best pals so had t make a little fun of him

I never made it past the first visit. The Dr. asked me to upload my medical records but their system has a 4Mb limitation on uploads. for MEDICAL RECORDS. Over the next 6 months, I contacted the office, the back office, the IT department, AND THE CEO. None were able to help me upload my medical records that their doctor asked for. Antediluvian. Unacceptable. And they charged me for the visit. I reported them to my insurance company. :

I'm very late with my review, for that I apologize to all the wonderful nurses an physical therapist that took such wonderful care of me during my 31 days at Kadlec hospital. From ICU to third and fourth floor the care was excellent. All of the nurses were kind patient and caring. I required physical therapy due to a stroke that affected my left side.

I had therapy three times a day to get me walking again. The the therapist were diligent, patient and kind in getting me motivated to keep moving. All in all I can say everyone made it the best experience considering I had a stroke I feel I was in the best place possible at Kadlec hospital. I have fond memories of all caregivers nurses and therapist and so grateful to each one.

Ever since they've been bought out the care has gone down significantly. The staff is pushed to the point they are on auto pilot and can't give proper care. 10 minute care for pregnant women is unacceptable. They are barely allowed time to even get to know their patients or show they care in any way. The appointments are always rushed & very impersonal. Seems like it's all about money and how many people they can see in a day. Sad.

I just wanted to thank everybody in Kadlec ER for always treating my son and me with the best care! ER Dr. David Barber has been a Godsend, the kind of doctor that listens to the patient and the patient's family with care. Dr. Mesick, who took the longest DVT from my son's right leg with expertise. They have saved my son's life! From the wonderful volunteer Marilyn that made us laugh, to the security guard, to the nurses that have attended to us, I just want to say thank you!

There are so many other wonderful doctors there and staff, I'm sorry, I wish I could name every single one of you! And I always go straight to Kadlec Medical Center, some folks have suggested going to TRIOS or Prosser hospital, because it's closer or because "you will wait a long time in Kadlec", nope, I have not experienced any of this. I still take my chances and go straight to Kadlec ER first!

And if they can't figure you out, they have a helicopter to send you somewhere else where someone will. I always think of the helicopter, which, have not used yet, and don't think we will, because they have figured it out! Thank you!

I get Covid times have put a damper on the medical industry and I feel for staff but they are completely neglecting patients not answering nurse calls until hours later, neglecting patients baths/showers and just using "baby wipes" completely inhumane approaches to people that need help!

Dr is wonderful but the wait time is ridiculous! If they are going to impose a fee for being late then they should be more prompt proving care
