PA Lowe was awesome. He got to all the scenario of how to approach my issues with my shoulder problems. Leaving surgery as the last result. He gave me 2 choice with pain relief and I went with the injection. Today the right should is doing great. Next week can't wait for the left shoulder. I would of gotten them both but due to my diabetes he want to wait tell next week. Again awesome PA

I was very impressed, after spending time with my regular doctor and following their referrals, I never felt like I had a path forward and was doomed to just live with the pain. Erick Lowe the PA I met with gave me good answers listened, and was empathetic. Mr. Lowe provided a path forward to not just masking pain, but fixing the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRI-CITY ORTHOPAEDIC CLINIC. For the first time in years, there is ight at the end of the tunnel.

What a great physician assistant. I saw Julie twice and was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was only a few minutes after I checked in. she was very thorough, answered all my questions and put all my concerns to rest. very personable. An asset to the clinic.

Molly London was great! She asks questions and listens. Very knowledgeable, personable and I feel like she gave me care options and was very helpful on ensuring that I received the care I needed. Would highly recommend this office. All of the caregivers at this office have been wonderful!

Called in and received an appointment on the same day, for a skiing related mishap. Dr. Webb examined my knee and leg and gave his diagnosis, clear and to the point. I also asked him about my shoulder and ribs, he also examined those and explained what had probably happened. He was concise and concerned for my welfare, even calling the next morning to do a follow up. I would recommend TCO.

I had injured my knee at the dog park and was seen two days later. Joseph Webb was excellent. Very knowledgeable, good bedside manners and put me in a brace which helped relieve the pain. The front desk assistant and nurse were kind and professional.

I had a fall at work so My insurance is L& I. I have never had any experience with a work injury so I was very concerned with the quality of care and of course the time frame.as I heard its a long process to get anything approved. My provider order a MRI which unfortunately showed a rotor cup tear. He referred me to TCO and after much research I decided to ask to be seen by Dr. Fitzgerald.

So glad I did. He was pleasant, professional and very informative. He showed me my MRI and explained exactly what happened and what my options were. Of course as many ask the Question, if it were you Dr. What would you do? His answer was even though he is a surgeon he prefers to do the least invasion treatment if possible. He told me with my type of tear there could be a 50-60% chance PT would do the job.after about 6 weeks they would know how it was progressing.

My concern was if PT didn't work then I would be behind in recovery at least 2 months. Again having to wait for approval from L&I for surgery then get on Dr's surgery schedule. So I opted for surgery.i will go to PT to strengthen my shoulder prior to surgery and while waiting for insurance approval. I will update as things progress. But for now I give Dr. Fitzgerald 5 Stars!

I rarely get to witness this! Yet, when it happens it takes me by surprise. Imagine, an entire office staff devoted to genuine professionalism focused towards the care of the patient. My interactions with every team-member left me to marvel. this was my first visit to Tri-City Orthopaedics. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted and kindly informed of what would be expected of me.

It appeared as if the lobby might have been large enough to hold 20-30 people. In such settings I often bring a sack lunch for the dwindling of time. To my delight I was called in quick succession and was warmly greeted by Dr. London in close proximity of my appointed time. This experience was epic and well worth notating. Dr. London I thank you and your staff for such a grand office visit. Always your patient. Anthony

The office visit was so smooth and the staff was friendly and great. Dr Hansen made me feel like he was being very thorough, honest. I'm thankful for the shot that gave me instant relief, while I pray and consider options for the future. I have questions that I didn't think of that day.so will bring them up at a later time. Nice, organized experience.
