Three Rivers Family Medicine - Michael J Patillo

Our whole family has gone here for 5 years. The doctors are great, but the last year or so has been a nightmare with the other staff. The front desk workers are rude. It's impossible to get through to anyone when you're trying to schedule something or get a call back. I can never get answers about test results. The doctors need to seriously consider hiring better staff.

My review is specifically for Dr. Liebing. I owe him a huge thank you for quickly diagnosing a burst disc in my neck that was causing loss of function and numbness in my left arm. During a time when elective surgeries were on hold across the state due to covid, he helped push a necessary surgery through for me that most certainly prevented longterm damage.

Unfortunately I was not as impressed with the nursing staff (they pushed me off when they got busy) and the referral office (lots of mistakes that cost me time and nearly derailed my surgery). But Dr. Liebings service deserves 5 stars! Bravo.

Me and my two kids see Dr Benedict and I really appreciate his care. I rarely wait for even 15 minutes, I never feel rushed, he answers all my questions in a way I can understand. I can almost always get a same day appointment for urgent needs and ALWAYS get in within 24 hours.

By far the worst experience my family has ever had with doctors. Impossible to get prescriptions sent to the pharmacy on time. We've had to go into the office in person multiple times to get paper prescriptions just to get refills. And if you need pain medication good luck with that, their doctors are more concerned about not getting sued than actually helping their patients.

Don't ever expect to hear back from them the same day if you have a question either. Half the time they don't check the messages and the other half they send the messages to the wrong people. Office staff has no idea what they're doing. Oh and as soon as a records request was submitted by another office our provider dropped us 2.5 months before we would even see a new provider.

And they won't fill our prescriptions in the mean time. Their solution? Go to the ER. If you're a patient now I'd find a new provider ASAP. If you're looking for a new doctor don't go here. You'll get better care at urgent care than at this place. These people don't care about their patients in the slightest.

I have been type 1 diabetic since I was a child. In my past years I have been through many dr.s and it has been very traumatic with many of them. Anne Neuman and I have only recently been seeing each other, she is unlike any person I have come to see. She is extremely patient, she is very knowledgeable and it really shows, I have come to learn that unlike others who have only treated me as a number, Anne is much different and really cares about the level of comfort and understanding, she is very direct, but very kind, she puts the needs and health of those she sees before all.

She is extremely considerate and even when you feel your pushing her limits? She still takes all the time in the world to meet you at your level of comfort. I've been a type 1 diabetic all my life and only one other dr ever showed me such kindness and was able to gain my trust but with Anne? She did somthing so much more. She never had to try to gain it.

She waited patiently for me to come to her with it. I recently had to go on bp meds for my diabetes among other reasons. And Anne has been nothing short of amazing to me. She is a very intelligent, kind hearted, hard working woman. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. To anyone who comes across this post if you are having doubts or fears about things in your life, or a bad past you have been through and your lucky enough to find your way to Anne?

Trust her she is worth every second of your time and more. Your not alone in this boat and she is not here to hurt, she is here to help. Thank you Anne for showing me it's ok to trust again. I could not be more disappointed in my experience and their unprofessionalism. I went in and first of all, was completely chewed out for seeking chiropractic care. They took xrays of my neck and told me I had a slipped disc. Went to another MD for a second opinion and was told that I had been completely misdiagnosed and that I should continue to seek chiropractic care for my problem. I am now doing great! Don't go there if you really value your health.

This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever been too. After experiencing the worst professionalism of my life with this place, it was brought to my attention that they're very shady and have employees that are NOT LICENSED. Specifically Dr. Benedict's medical assistant Tyna. Who not only isn't licensed to practice and is illegally working the scope of a medical assistant, the clinic is AWARE of it and doesn't care.

She has 2 expired license with the department of health and if you don't believe me search it up yourself since it's public record. Her name is Krystyna Johnson. Do not go here. They're a law suit waiting to happen. This is one of many illegal things that's been brought to my attention. I have seized all care with them and will be reporting this establishment to the health department. I recommend you do the same.

I have been a patient here for about 15 years and I have never been so disappointed in how an office is ran. After my primary doctor left I got thrown to the bottom of the barrel to a PA and it was nothing but extra work on my end from the first appointment. When I tried to switch to a different provider I was told by the office manager that the practice is too full.

After trying to cancel my appointment due to possibly having Covid and never getting a phone call returned from the office manager the provider decided to drop me as a patient. Do not go here if you expect them to actually care about you and your needs.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Patillo's for 18 years, the past few years dealing with the office help has been a NIGHTMARE. I have had people call me and say "We left a message before and you never called us back" in a snide tone. I have had them make an appointment, then on appointment day have no record of it. have had the front office staff be rude to me because I didnt have my insurance card on me. Sadly, I think this is the last straw, sorry and excuses for their office staff only go so far, Sorry Dr. Patillo until changes are made, I think we need to find a new peditrician/doctor.

Just a good bunch of Doctor. I have only had two for the last 50+ years. Dr. Leedy and now Dr. Benedict. Glad to have him. Very thorough.

Dr. Raekes has a very kind, but also professional nature about her. She is very thoughtful in her studying your symptoms and coming up with a diagnosis. She listens carefully to the patient and shares her thoughts on what she thinks is going on and what the best options are to deal with it. I've been seeing her for 18 years and think she is one of the best Doctors I've ever seen. I don't know if she is accepting new patients ( she's very well liked) - but if she is - consider yourself very lucky to get in and see her.
