Will definitely not be returning to this office as the Spanish receptionist is rude and denied giving me a carpal tunnel splint after Dr Mackessey told her to give me one. She stated I'd have to pay for in when my insurance covers it. She instead gave me a referral so therapy could give me one(which I no longer go to). Now I have to go out of my way to Linden to get something she could have easily given to me.
Not to mention I left mad, and came back to catch her gossiping about me with another gentleman, how unprofessional of her. Doctors are great but the reception staff is very unpleasant.

Dr Mackessey is the Best. I needed wrist surgery in August and an upcoming surgery on my thumb. He is the most down to earth, easy- going Dr I have had the pleasure to meet. Very thorough and great knowledge in his field. If you have any issues whatsoever regarding your hand specifically he is the Man. Thank you so much Dr Mackessey for always taking care of me.

I have been seeing Dr. Mackessy for many years. He has always listened to me before we would decide on the proper treatment. His bed side manner is wonderful. He makes me feel comfortable & I like the connection we have. I will always go to him for my problem shoulders & anything else he can help me with. I very highly recommend Dr. Richard Mackessy.

It is not common that you find a doctor who is a professional in their field as well as having a genuine concern for the patient. A doctor who will explain to the patient what treatment is needed. A doctor who will take the time and answer any patient questions. Well, Dr. Betesh is one of these doctors. I am lucky to have found Dr. Betesh. She is currently in the process of treating me and I am certain I am in capable hands.
