The 3 minutes of care I received was superficial, and unhelpful. I didn't even see the doctor, just her double-booked and overworked staff. I tried to ask follow up questions, but they're too busy to even listen to you explain your condition, let alone treat it. All of this would be acceptable if my skin cleared up, but their prescriptions did not help, and their lack of communication didn't either.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dermatology office. After having a cyst removed which I thought was a simple procedure I had a fever for 2 days and was in complete agony. The office never prescribed prophylactic antibiotics and took forever to respond to my concerns. 2 wks later when I had my stitches removed the PA told me my stitches busted which left me with a large open wound. To make matters worse, they failed to remove all of stitches now after a month of the initial procedure. Complete carelessness.

I totally recommend going to Dr. McCormack. She listens, she is not in a rush to get you out of the examining room. And I ask a lot of questions. Her staff is very friendly and the front office are very professional, neat looking, sweet and very business like. I have had 4 visits and can't wait to see her again.

Extremely long wait times. 3 week delay to get biopsy results which they will not share over the phone and need to go in person to pay additional co-pay. Other dermo's I have been to call within the following week to share results. Removed beauty mark sites have NOT healed well. I have had many marks removed over my life and these are probably the worst.

I have been going to Dr. MCCormack and her associates for over a decade and I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. Everyone in the office is so personable and friendly. The office is beachy and adorable and the doctors, nurses and physician's assistants are all amazing. I recently saw Kristin and she was so thorough and made me feel so comfortable as always. Thank you so much for providing such great care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patricia McCormacks for many years. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit in her very comfortable waiting rooms. Aren't good things worth waiting for? What doctors office today don't you have to wait a little while. I have found that with every visit, & there have been many, that she has the most personable, friendly & professional staff. Dr. Pat has a great bedside manner & always answers all my questions. I never feel rushed or that she doesn't have the time for me. I wouldn't trust my face or skin to anyone else out there in our area.

If I could give negative stars I would. I brought my 4 month old in for a consult, my pediatrician recommended that I take him to see Dr. McCormick for a very simple minor issue. While the office was very clean, and the staff was very nice, the doc herself was unreal. When I asked about treatment options for my 4 month old, I was handed a pamphlet, and the none of the treatments were not explained to me.
When I tried to ask questions about the possible treatments, I was given vague answers and she continued to underline portions of the pamphlet information instead of speaking to me. " we can stick a needle in his face or use a laser" - is what I was told. When I asked how many times this needs to be done, and if this was painful and invasive, I was met with the answer " less than 100 times, and yes it's a needle it's gonna hurt." What does that even mean?!?!
I literally had to stand in front of this woman and block her from leaving the room to get to speak directly to me. I wouldn't let this woman touch me or anyone I know or love with a 10 ft pole.

My first visit had the physician's assistant advising/treating me, done with excellent care. My follow-up visit with Dr. McCormack also resulted in a superb visit/outcome. The atmosphere of the office was most inviting, and the receptionists/nurses/etc. were very congenial and professional. I give this office my highest rating. THANK YOU to all the staff members---I was fortunate to have met you all during my two visits.

I've been here more than 15 times to get basil cells removed from my back and chest. Patricia and her other doctors are very friendly and all the nurses make you feel comfortable and safe. Very professional. The only downside which is not there problem it's just how it is when they remove the basil cell they have to check to see if they removed all the cancer cells(I'm not a doctor) which they run tests on this is possibly cancer so they make sure they do it right which might take a little time. So sometimes you have to wait a little bit.
