I went in for a lip flip and everyone was very polite and helpful. I felt comfortable, didn't feel pressured and all my questions were answered. The office has a great aesthetic as well! Will definitely be going back for my next cosmetic procedure!

Dr. Capizzi and his staff are incredible! I always have a great experience with Shelly as my injector. She is precise and patient - Shelly makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Being newer to injections, she has helped me ease into the process smoothly to achieve the natural-looking results that I desire.

My BA surgery was a breeze. All of the staff go above & beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Megan is so amazing & patient. She was there for me the whole time to answer any questions I had & just made me feel like she truly cared so much. It was such a wonderful experience.

The office is nice and I appreciated being able to get in on the same day I called. Since I was a new client, I would have assumed the front desk would have welcomed me and shown me around but they did not. I told them I was interested in the skincare but no one helped to walk me through the products. My injector (Amanda) was great. There was a new employee at the front as well who was nice. FOLLOW-UP: their management team was great to address any issues I had and were authentic in their response. I came back for a HydraFacial and highly recommend Amy. I will definitely be back.

Shelly was amazing! She is so kind and made my lips look great. She also did cheek filler and did a wonderful job. I will be going back because Shelly did an amazing job! I'm giving three stars because the front desk girls are rude and unwelcoming. I didn't get their names because I didn't care to mingle with them because of the impression I got, but they don't seem to care about giving a good first impression when customers walk in.

They didn't really say Hi to me when I walked in which I found rude. As I was leaving I said to the blonde girl "bye have a good day" and she didn't say anything back to me. It was very awkward and they don't bring a positive vibe for a first time customer. But I will be back like I said because Shelly was awesome and did a FANTASTIC job.

I've had such a wonderful experience with Capizzi! The office, staff, and Dr. Capizzi are all amazing. From the moment I called to schedule my very first appointment, to leaving after my procedure I have felt very taken care of. Have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!

I came to Dr. Capizzi for an implant exchange and lift. Every one of his office staff was very professional, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I had my first experience with Amanda and the Botox bar. She was very informative and patient with my "nerves" about the first time. She did an excellent job at administering the injections. This was in January and it is now March and I have not needed a touch up, yet! A friend of mine had one touch up last week but only in a few spots. I imagine everyone responds differently as well as requires different schedules or more than others but I don't have any need to go somewhere else! Great staff and practice.

Dr. Capizzi is a diamond in a coal mine of plastic surgeons. He has that "je ne sais quoi" factor, with a da Vinci eye of artistry, combined with a Rodinesque ability to sculpture the body with his scalpel. I had a breast implant exchange with a modified lift to smaller size, and he did above and beyond my expectations. No scars, no pain, a seamless surgical experience.

I was exercising in a month with walking upwards to six miles, and full workouts by two months. I highly recommend Dr. Capizzi with his exceptional physician's ability, not to mention his warm personality, delightful staff, and gorgeous facility.

Dr. Capizzi and his practice were recommended to me by a friend who hadn't even used his service yet, but had heard great reviews about he and his staff. I'm so glad I took the advice to reach out when I was looking for a local doctor for a breast lift and tummy tuck. From the very first conversation with the patient coordinator (Amy is great!) I felt much more comfortable than I had when I had reached out to other area offices.

When I scheduled my consultation, I was really only doing it for research purposes and I hadn't fully committed to myself that I was going to schedule anything in stone. Within the first few moments of meeting Dalton and Dr. Capizzi I already felt so much more comfortable and valued as a client than I had in previous consultations at other offices.

I had my preferences about what I wanted to do with my surgeries including a lift without an implant, if possible. I had felt pressured to consider an implant when speaking with other doctors, but Dr. C heard my preference and assured me that my decision was completely feasible with the same great result (and he was right, I love my look!). At only 4 weeks into recovery, I am still in awe that this is my body now. Dalton is incredible to work with - she is so smart and so easy to talk to. Amanda is a great partner and made me feel super comfortable with all the day-of preparation for surgery.

I cannot thank Amy, Dalton, Amanda and Dr. Capizzi enough for helping me to achieve something I've been working towards for six years. This staff, this office and this experience is highly recommended.

The Botox bar is perfect for not knowing your schedule. In and out quickly. The friendliness staff.

Beautiful facility, very friendly staff from the front desk to Dr Capizzi himself! He sat with me and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process of the consultation. Also met Amy the care coordinator and she was very sweet and helpful!

I cannot recommend Dr. Capizzi enough! The entire process was smooth, and my recovery was quick and relatively painless. Dr. Capizzi has incredible bedside manner, as do his nurses. I have been beyond pleased with the outcome of my implants!

My facial was very relaxing and took off a ton of dead skin cells. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the room and the chair was the best facial chair I've been in!

Everyone was absolutely amazing during each part of my experience, from the consultation to the post-op check ins. Shelley is ABSOLUTELY amazing. After having been a patient at Capizzi for a couple of years and having seen a couple different injectors, Shelley is by far the best. She took the time to listen, allowed me to talk through any questions/concerns, and provided great recommendations! I really cannot thank her enough! I look forward to my next visit with her!
