My experience with Tim Kelley P.A. was amazing. He is the 4th health care professional that I have seen about a medical issue I have been having and he was the first one to actually help me do anything about it. He listened to me and seemed to really want to get to the bottom of my medical issue. On top of that, I was having a really rough day and had to rush back to work do to a scheduling conflict.

I told the nurse that I was in a rush and she immediately took action to speed up (but didn't drop quality of care) to take my initial information and told P.A. Kelley about my time constraint. Tim Kelley was also very efficient and fast, but still extremely helpful and caring. I'm so happy that I have actually found a healthcare professional that I can actually trust! Thank you! Y'all made my day so much better!

Sam Hughes is the best general practitioner I've ever met. He takes an entrepreneurial problem solving approach to medicine that I've never seen before, and, he quickly demonstrates that he is deeply interested in positive outcomes for his patients. This is the kind of guy that should own a practice, he'd model success around his personal vision of care, because he really really gets it. Maybe one day.

Dr. White always takes the time to answer all of my questions and spends ample time with me on my many medical conditions. Moreover, he and his team really advocated for me with my insurance company when I needed a medicine that was helping me, but insurance did not want to pay for it. Most primary care doctors don't take the time to give good care to people with many medical problems.

They are constrained by 15 minute appointments, which are just not enough time. Dr. White cares for my whole family and he is genuinely concerned for the health of our whole family. Finally, the availability of after hours appointments with NPs and PAs at last minute notice has saved our family many visits to urgent care or the emergency room.

Update 6/3/22 - Staff here are the best! Sign says they are having a staff shortage but I was taken back quickly and everyone was so polite and professional. Awesome people!

I have been coming here ever since moving to North Carolina and every experience I have had is perfection. Nicole Deschenes has taken care of both my boys for the past 2.5 years and has been amazing. I can't thank the whole team enough for how helpful they are every time we call or come in. This is where you want to go if you want a great experience where you can trust the doctors and staff.

Amy is a racist worker at first hung the phone up on me, then made it seem like I would need multiple appointments to just get a routine physical. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! You would think with how educated these doctors are (apart from Dr. Kingsley), they would maintain better hiring practices.

I have been a patient since 2014 and have always gotten great care here. The front desk staff, while not exactly friendly, are always courteous but seems to have different personnel each time I go for a check-up, which is every 6 months or so. I also usually don't mind my blood being taken but this last time, I actually experienced discomfort and now have bruising on my arm.

I believe the tech had the needle stuck in my arm sideways instead of straight. My PA's are awesome and take their time to discuss any and everything i may have concerns about.

I don't recommend this practice at all. I made an appointment for my sick daughter, and when we arrived, their office had failed to put in our rescheduled appointment time properly. Zero effort to make it right. This the general attitude that I get from them regularly. We will not be returning.

Entire staff from front office to nurses to the doctors are all fantasic and friendly. Dr. Hughes is my PCP and has always taken great care of me. Have also seen the wonderful FNP's. Love the fact it is a private practice, way better than any big hospital organization!

I had an appointment for lab work on a Friday, I told the office staff up front of some symptoms I was having and they got me an immediate appointment with the nurse practitioner on duty the next day, Saturday morning! The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both practitioners I have seen have been very thorough and detail oriented and take a compassionate interest in you, the patient, not just as a patient but as a person! The office is sparkly clean and has interesting art work to look at while you wait. I am thankful and blessed to have found this office a few years ago.

I just had lab work done. Lily was great! She was friendly, courteous, professional, and I didn't feel the needle at all.

We followed Dr Kingsley to David Family Medicine. She is awesome! When I went in for an appointment a few weeks ago I saw Nicole Deschenes, FNP because Dr Kingsley was not available at the time. Nicole was great- professional, compassionate, and right on target with diagnosing my symptoms and providing me with relief. We have found the David Family Medicine practice gives exemplary care!

I am grateful for the care I have received at Davidson Family Medicine. For over a decade, every challenge has been met with active listening, a quick response, and effective treatment/resolution. This is what premier, best-in-class health care looks like.

Thank you, is the way I would like to start my comments. The professional from the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner was amazing. She was so thoughtful and listened with care to my every concern. I left the appointment feeling I was in great hands and with a very component and thorough health advisor.

I have been a patient or Dr. Craig White for more than 20 years. He takes a personal interest in his patients allowing him to look after me holistically. I highly recommend him and the care given at the practice overall. In his absence, I have always been looked after promptly with follow up by Dr. White.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Craig White and the staff of Davidson Family Medicine. They are professional, take their time to understand your needs and are responsive. Highly recommend this practice!

Our family followed Dr. Kingsley from her last practice (we adore her!) but as she was out of town, my daughter met with Dr. Hughes. He did a great job and was very personable and knowledgable. We found the staff to be friendly and loved the location of the office. The only thing we are missing is the ability to connect with staff via an app.

I can't say enough about the fantastic staff at DFM! The front desk is always warm and inviting, and my family has had nothing but outstanding experiences with Dr Hughes and the other practitioners that have seen my family. They are very thorough and take their time with you as a patient, and have a great bedside manner with both adults and children that make you feel very comfortable.

I started out as a patient myself, but have moved the rest of my family here as well. They set the standard for family practices in our area., and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best care in the Lake Norman area.

I recently became a new patient at Davidson Family Medicine and was really happy with my experience. All of the office staff was friendly and professional and my doctor, Dr. Hughes, was very friendly and made me feel like he really cared for my well-being. Debbie Witkin is always thorough, and highly knowledgeable. She has been my primary care provider for years and I know I can count on her for all my medical needs. She always makes you feel like you have her undivided attention.

Dr Hughes really listens to his patients. Great bedside manner and easy to talk to. He is a knowledgeable and thorough doctor. Highly recommend!

They always do their best to get me in as soon as possible. Staff is friendly and I love Nicole Deschenes. She is always caring and really listens to what you have to say. I feel I could talk to her about anything. They stay on schedule and wait time is short. I also love they have some evening and Saturday hours.

One of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors offices I have ever dealt with. Both Dr. Patricia White and Dr. Hughes have given me the best of care. Amanda, the nurse, is first rate. Would never be happier with any doctors practice. HIGHLY recommend. They are a doctors office with compassion.

I could not be happier with Davidson Family Medicine! I have been going there for a few years now and I have always had great experiences.
