We were patients with this practice before we left Austin 4 years ago and it speaks to the quality of the practice that when we returned back to Austin we were more than happy to reestablish with them again. We see Dr. Glazener and I like his laid back common sense approach with treatment. He has a lot of experience and always ends every suggestion or discussion with "Is there anything else on your mind?" He makes sure the parents have thoroughly reviewed everything they needed to and gives them the space and time to do so. in this fast paced world, I enjoy Dr. Glazener's relaxed non neurotic approach to pediatric care. we highly recommend Austex Pediatrics!

If I could give this practice ten stars I would! The doctors and the staff go above and beyond to take care of our little one. Special shout out to our pediatrician, Dr Cassels, and Nurse Clay and Nurse Barb for always being there to answer a million first time parent questions. We love it here!

I can not say enough good things about Austex Pediatrics Doctors and staff. They are always willing to help and never seem annoyed with a million questions parents may have. They really seem like a family there who cares wholeheartedly about our own.

Dr. Melody Cassels went above and beyond for our sick child last spring during a very scary and uncertain time. I was humbled and appreciated this attention when we were so vulnerable. Dr. Glazener is a very compassionate and concerned doctor as well and we are comfortable seeing all the doctors there. Nurse Barbara goes the extra mile!

Dr. Wesley Glazener is an amazing doctor! He is very kind and knowledgeable. I am so grateful that he takes care of our child. The staff is very polite and provides exceptional service.

This clinic is really bad and they want to find every way to charge you more money and is NOT so responsible to contact your insurance. They even ask for 10 dollars for the immunization record every time where most clinic provided for free. They never explain to person how much money you need to pay and you will usually find a big supervise when you check out! Be carefully to go here!

All the five stars belong to Dr. Burns. She is very helpful and patiently replies to all your questions and concerns. Our newborn son had trouble drinking his milk. Dr. Burns figured that he has silent reflux and helped us to get rid of it. Also she noticed a tightness in his neck which could have become a problem in the future but now hopefully it is treatable with physical therapy. She is a wonderful person and a great doctor.

I literally left this office an hour ago and couldn't wait to write this review. Dr. Glazener was beyond wonderful. My 18 month old daughter is terrified of doctors, the sight of a stethoscope draws immediate tears. He not only was gentle, slow, and caring, he acted out everything he was going to do on her, on a rabbit he had in the office. Then he also did that to her unicorn that we brought with us.

I am happy to report there were no tears (shots were another story but what kid doesn't cry at those). Aside from how he was with her, he gave us meaningful, applicable advice and offered real world suggestions. We just switched to Dr. Glazener and are so happy with our decision to leave our previous pediatrician because the level of care is night and day different.

Dr Glazner has a great, honest, calm bedside manner. We don't mind the extra drive to get to him.

Dr. Glazener has been the pediatrician for our children for 7 years. He is an old school doctor who cares about patients and nothing else. He is thorough, caring and kind. We were his patients at his old practice and now followed him to AusTex.
