Doctors are great, it's the front desk/ customer service that does not do well. I've been patiently waiting to schedule an appointment today since 11 and it's going to be 4:00. I understand there can be issues and delays but the communication is horrible with updating patients on how long the wait may be. This is an all the time issue along with them not answering calls to make an appointment. (Harlingen located facility ) Update : 4:35 pm. : I had to come and drive to the clinic to see what happened the ladies in the front desk seemed confused and look like they don't know what they're doing, after being told on the phone that I would be taken in, they told me in person that they were booked? So if I hadn't went into the clinic in person I still would have been waiting for a call. This is ridiculous.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Had not been here in over a year and I guess I was suppose to know all the new rules. I waited 2 and a half hours. Have a been a patient for fifty years but I guess they don't care about patients anymore. Time to find a new doctor. The place is not very clean either.

Do not come here. You will wait, wait, and wait. The persons at the front desk counter are unprofessional and rude; yesterday I phoned to say I was running late, and could I still come? The person I spoke to said "Yes". I get there ten minutes later, and I'm told, "You got here too late." I told the front desk person that I had called ahead and was told I could still come; and she shrugged and said "I don't know who you talked to." Well, today, I show up on time, give them my information, and am taken to an examination room, where I waited not for 30 mins, not for 60 mins, but for 90 mins; after which the Dr. told me she could not help me. ONLY COME HERE if there is no place else to go.

The video consulataion is not working; it was assumed I had Covid, but I tested negative. I called the nurse to see if she can give the doctor a message, but she wouldnt say if she could leave the message that I was negative. So I week later, I do not feel better and the nurse just states I need to go sit in the parking lot again for another (copay) consulation.

Came in this morning was told that they weren't seeing upper respiratory cases. To wait in the car for a call to set a time for a telephone consult. It's 2 pm and calls yet. I called to check and was transferred to nurse, n answer. Came back to the clinic, they refuse to see me but they sure charged me this morning for the consult.

This is the worse "medical facility" in the whole state the conditions of the facility are very depressing. the poor attention of the reception team is very bad and rude. I See several safety & healthy violations just on the reception area for example the front doors can't be opened easily and the floor are very dirty as well as the walls I see mold arround ac vents and the ac filter are in super bad shape charged of dust the trash can is overflowing and the lid is not property installed the people that work on this place need understand the service provided is NOT FREE for my side never ever back to this place and this is my recomendation all people around the town.
