Middle Path Medicine is in a league all its own! The Supplement Shop offers a comprehensive range of products and their staff is a little quirky but knowledgeable. Dr. Foresman consistently seeks out info from the latest studies while also integrating eastern wisdom and using a keen critical eye to analyze the truth of the matter. Middle Path Medicine is a dynamic practice ran by kind and compassionate individuals. Highly recommend.

I came here after being solicited by Dr G on the Coffee Talk program with Adika where he does a Dr Drew type of thing. The intake call with the secretary Amanda was very odd to start off with. They said they took my insurance which they actually didn't, I found out later. Amanda was trying to schedule me for a tarrot card reading and something to do with my stars.
Very odd for a legit doctor's office. I went to my appointment, spoke to Dr G, and just didn't have a good feeling. He really likes to hear himself talk and wasn't listening to me at all. Then he tried to prescribe me about a dozen different medications which he of course sold. I left feeling like I just need to go back to my real doctor at the hospital.
A few days later I was extremely sick and tested positive for covid. I know I got sick at Dr G's office as they confirmed he was off the Coffee Talk show due to having covid. Coming here is a complete waste of time. I'm not even sure he's a real doctor or just plays one on TV to be honest.

I first visited the office of Gary Foresman, M.D. onJuly 23, 2019. I had an initial evaluation by Jessica Joslyn, Physicin's Assistant, followed by numerous and thorough blood tests; a treatment plan was developed. I arranged for a follow-up appointment with Jessica on Monday, June 29, 2020. Since the office does not take Medicare I pay for my consultations up front in cash.
For this telephone consultation I paid $175.00 by credit card in advance over the phone at 2:00 p.m. Jessica was scheduled to call me at 2:15 p.m. By 3:00 p.m. I had not received a call. I called the office to determine what the delay was. I had waited for Jessica for 45 minutes or more in the past at in-office appointments so I had assumed that she was held up with another patient and would call me after.
When I reached the office I was told that she had been trying to reach me during the 45 minutes and I had not answered. I told them that I had been sitting, waiting with my phone in hand. They found that they had written my cell phone number down incorrectly in their records and had been calling a wrong number. They then told me that the next available appointment I would be able to have would be in August, a full six weeks out in the future.
Since I was available for the consultation and they were not able to reach me due to an error in their records, I asked them to credit my visa card for the $175.00 charge. They refused! They indicated that I should have called the office to inquire why they hadn't called earlier than 45 minutes and intimated that it was somehow my fault that the consultation didn't go through.
They said they would hold my money as a credit to my next appointment in August. This meant that I would have paid out money 6 weeks in advance of any services rendered. This didn't make any sense to me, since I wasn't at fault for the consultation not going forward and I hadn't received anything for the $175.00 I paid out. When I expressed my need to have that refund put through, they again refused. Needless to say, I have severed my relationship with this office. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. G and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and truly listen to - and answer - any and all questions I have. No matter how silly my questions may seem, I feel like I'm truly listened to and that they appreciate my curiosity. Also, if you haven't done so be sure to check out their supplement shop! They know their products and again, are happy to discuss any questions or concerns I might have. They've kept me and my family healthy for nearly a decade now! Love them!

If you choose to go here ask lots of questions and GET A SECOND OPINION. I was heartbroken over how my mom was guided during her time here. QUESTION EVERYTHING, talk to other professionals. Pay attention to what the agenda is of who you trust your health to. It's okay to hear what another doctor has to say. My best doctors have never discouraged me from asking about my health.

Dr. Foresman is almost certainly the most knowledgeable internist/physician in the County. My only complaint is that he tends to ramble about things that are not relevant to me. But, there again, I have been diagnosed with narcissism. He is expensive, but it's our health that's at stake. When you take up sky diving you do not shop around for a bargain parachute.

Hypocrite. This doctor doesn't accept insurance of any kind, let alone any public insurance program like MediCal. Yet, he righteously spouts his liberal politics in correspondence with his patients, including supporting Obamacare. I remember sitting through my first (expensive) hour with him thinking, he's doing all the talking and not giving me a chance to ask questions. Dr. Foresman has the ego of a cardiac surgeon and the politics of Elizabeth Warren. Functional medicine is a good thing but this guy doesn't know the line between his professional life and his personal views.

Nothing but a great experience all around, I am so grateful I found this doctor I could write a 10 page review. Only downside is that I live 3 hours away. A very relaxed, comfortable environment, staff is nice. I spent an hour with Dr. Foresman and followed up with him through a phone appointment after my test results came back and the suggestions he made to me based on those tests were immediately life-saving and several months after that, proved to be life enhancing, because I feel better than I ever have and no doubt because of his insight that no doctor I have gone to has ever had. I hope he never retires and I will happily make the long drive for this level of care.

We have been seeing Dr. Foresman for about 5 years and are very pleased with the service and his overall knowledge of medicine and supplements is amazing. Our insurance doesn't cover the visit but what good does a visit to a general crank-you-thru medical office do for you if the Doc's knowledge and understand doesn't address your medical issue, especially the one most doctor don't even keep up on. I do a fair amount of reading on medical issues and I am amazed at how little current knowledge most doctors have about medications and supplements. Highest recommendation.
