For over 50 years, the radiologists at Radiology Associates have prided themselves for being on the cutting edge of technology and providing compassionate care for their patients. With 3 facilities, from Templeton to Pismo Beach to Santa Maria, and working with local hospitals, they are able to help physicians and their patients with quick and accurate diagnostic imaging results. All 16 of the radiologists are accredited and continue to hone their skills every year, keeping up to date on the latest techniques and technology.
Radiology Associates offers appointment requests online for most exams. Our Patient Services Coordinator will contact you by phone with a day and time for your appointment. To ensure accurate scheduling and excellent patient care, we require a copy of your order form you received from your doctor. Please enter the time you would like to request for your appointment.

My family and I have had diagnostic tests done at all three locations and have always been impressed with the courtesy of the staff. The scheduling department has also been very helpful in communicating with my Doctor's office to get the right billing codes authorized so things go smoothly for billing. Very appreciative!

Staff was really rude on arrival. I came early, and was told to come back after scheduled time. Also, only people who are able to check in are allowed to sit inside. Sat in the lobby while a very loud alarm went off for about 15 mins. I asked if anything could be done or someone be called and they said no. 1st and last time I will be coming here.

The best radiologists in SLO County. They are very professional and well organized. There was no waiting. The MRI process went smoothly, and the radiologist was very efficient and very nice. My overall experience was excellent.

The check in staff were more concerned about getting what they incorrectly thought was my coinsurance and had me wait another 15 minutes until i called my insurance and proved them wrong on payment needed. I was in pain while they kept me waiting. Suggest they do their homework when procedure is scheduled, not when you check in!

This morning I scheduled an appointment for my husband to get a ct scan chest ex ray. The first lady I spoke with ( Liz) was very pleasant, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about people. " GIVE THAT GAL A RAISE." However when I was transferred to scheduling the woman ( Alexa) was rushed, very rude and wanted to get off the phone with me as soon as possible.

My questions were ignored and the tone of her voice was obviously up tight. We all have bad days, however I was in customer service for 40 years and when your in that position you put a smile on your face and be helpful and try to make someones life better even if its just for that day. Just Saying.

Staff is professional, kind, efficient and caring. When I called to make an appointment, I was on hold for 1/2 hour, and had to hang up and try again another day; I was busy working. At my appointment, they were very busy and rushed, a bit frantic. My techs were wonderful. However, when the tech positioned my L foot, he grabbed it to move it; I was there for an MRI on R hip.

There is no reason for him to think my L ankle was injured. My L ankle has been dislocated for 7 months. After months of physical therapy, I had improvement and less pain. However, after he grabbed it, it twisted, I screamed in pain, and said to be careful with all my joints, I have osteoporosis. My ankle was in pain that night, and now days later, it is back to where I started months ago, before physical therapy. Now I can't walk on the L ankle, or R hip, which is why I was there. They need to SLOW DOWN AND BE GENTLE! There is no need to dislocate an ankle.

From the receptionist, to the person who helped fill out forms, to the machine operator this place it TOP notch. The nicest people one could hope to work with and with such efficient timing. How could you ask for anything more while getting an MRI. WOW! Thanks

I've come here over a dozen times for different tests since 2015 and I've always been impressed with the courteous, professional, and efficient staff and technicians. I can usually schedule an appointment within just a few days and the results are back quickly and accessible to me online. I started coming to Radiology Associates when the prices at the facility I was going to in SLO skyrocketed, and I was happy to find their prices are much lower. I drive over 70 miles round trip to come here because it's worth it. I highly recommend Radiology Associates.

Use to be nice easy place to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately now you have to call many times to reach a scheduler and you no longer can do it at the front desk. Sadly I had to drive 30 minutes to bring my order only to be told I could not make the appointment at the front desk because New policy although there were no patients line I called San Luis Diagnostics and they made the appointment right away for the next morning. **update response to below comments** Your new streamline approach is focusing on getting the payment instead of being patient oriented.

It would be helpful to explain to the patient why you a refusing to do the schedule at the front desk. In my case I would explained that you already billed my insurance this month with no issues and since you do not have an appointment available for more than a week you could schedule the appointment then call me back with any billing problems before the exam. I am not a fan of your competition but I will have to use them now instead of you. Too bad
