THE WORST health care provider in the valley. Horrible customer service. Patients are unimportant to these people. Not the group you want to entrust your healthcare to or that of you loved ones. And I've been in the healthcare system for 20 years. Even if you are looking for someone new because you thing you need a better doctor, office or group?! You're still better off staying where you are! Do not go here.

No effort from the front office staff to go above and beyond for patient care. I get it's just a job but you get into the medical field for patients not just a paycheck. Back office has some nice MAs but the bad apples over shadow them.

Awful place Sylvia from billing called me a day before my appointment saying I was banned for having a bill go to collections which I didn't even know about. I offered to pay and she still said even if I paid I would have to get "approved" to be seen bunch of BS don't recommend this place to anyone and wish I can report this to someone higher. How can you get denied health care over a past due bill even when you offer to pay? I'd give this place a negative if I could.

A friend of mine told me about this Urgent Care Center years ago. She was really impressed with the level of service and the relatively low fees compared to other places. When I didn't have insurance this was my go-to place for medical care. They're fast and efficient and their fees are competitively low. They will treat you for basic illnesses such as the flu respiratory concerns and anything else that is not an emergency.

It's much cheaper than going to your doctor or the hospital. Try to make an appointment if you can sometimes the wait is long in the waiting room. The intake process is fairly quick. The down side of going to an urgent care place such as this is that you'll never really see the same physician more than once. It's nice to have the same doctor see you that way they know your medical history and have a better connection with you.

But if you need Urgent Care and it's not an emergency I would definitely turn to this place. They also offer writing prescriptions. If you have health insurance they're going to refer you to the office across the way. This particular office is for those who don't have insurance that's why their fees are so low.

Unacceptable behavior on part of the doctor and medical staff. On multiple occasion my wife wanted to speak with the doctor, but was told that the doctor was unavailable. Even though the doctor was within arms reach and was obviously not busy nearly on each occasion that happened. A few minutes of her time with her patients would not kill her. The final straw came a few days ago when my wife went in because of a sudden bump around her tear duct that was itching and causing physical pain.

Not only did the doctor refuse to see her on the usual grounds, but the nurse assistant wouldn't even look at it and said "since your pregnant, just put a warm wet towel on it". To add to the indignity while in the waiting room, the same nurse assistant told my son to get out from the chair he was sitting in, stating that it was for 'patients' only. Completely unacceptable behavior for a medical clinic.

Horrible service and unethical practices. I have to get a biometric screening done every yr for work (blood test). I told the doctor that all I needed was the blood test and refused a prostate exam as well as a urine test and a few other things. After getting a bill I called them to make sure they coded it all right. I was told they charged me for the physical bc I refused most of the physical I did not need for work. 11 months later after working it out with them I finally pay off the remaining part of the bill ( which I shouldn't have had to pay in the first place.) multiple times I stayed on hold for 15min and they'd pick up and tell me they were too busy to talk with me.

Needed a new Dr. after moving across the country. Tricare sent me here. I was seen promptly, they dealt with my insurance and all of its notorious issues quickly and professionally, and when I needed blood work done they were located a few doors down from a lab.

Growing a huge dislike for this office. Came in to see a doctor and the doctor didn't spend much care or time with me and just referred me off to another doctor. The referral to the office they gave me was very rude and unprofessional so I reached out to this office again in hopes to get a new referral. A few days of waiting not a single call for the new referral to help me with an injury that is fairly time important to heal properly. Called again to see what was going on to only be brushed off again and told to wait till Monday to call, even though I stated I'm in pain because of my injury. Feeling really missed treated as a patient and frustrated.

#PrimaryCareConsults did nothing but say I was having anxiety for expressing my frustration with their lack of care, leaving me waiting for Gurmit Deol, to call like he said he would, for almost three months! Susan accuse me of anxiety today. I said, no, Im not anxious. Im pissed off that you never called me to give me results the first time I asked.last DECEMBER, and now you're only telling me what the neurosurgeon said!

I practically had to beg them for my Vit. D results, a blood test they drew in Dec. and never called me on.which is now too high. They said my spine is a mangled mess and I said I already know that, now tell me why.but demanding help.only got me thrown out of another NEGLIGENT doctor's care today. Even my husband tried to intervene and talk sense into these idiots, but they were just unapologetic, and unwilling to admit any wrong. Shame on them! Looks like I need a lawyer.because their Negligence is deadly!

I have been going here for over 20 years and have no regrets what so ever. I am the insurance administrator where I work and recommended to all the staff to go there, I have never heard one complaint everyone is very pleased. I am so thankful for such a great company, all the doctors, nurse practitioners and office workers are wonderful. Highly recommended!
