Outstanding folks- from the initial call to adjusting the new set. Shout out to Lali for emailing me necessary paperwork expeditiously. My appointment with the doctor was professional and she took the time to explain stuff to me in a personable manner. I loved all the variety in eyewear, it was very fun figuring out what style I wanted next. Also, this is just me being a dork but the decor is really cute and relaxing- the sea/nature theme and all the skylights are soothing.

I had a great experience at this vision center! Each staff member I met was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Chen was also wonderful. So happy to have found my new favorite eye doctor as well as a great place to upgrade my lenses! Had to recommend them to my boyfriend. We'll be coming back for sure.

My family and I have been going there for a few years and am done! After spending hundreds of dollars on glasses for my family over the years they wouldn't give me my PD, the doctor said it was 'illegal'. Just done dealing with their short hours, poor customer service and expensive prices for glasses.

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they have an amazing doctor, the front office is horrible. The worst customer relations I have ever encountered, ever. I feel bad for the optometrist because she must not know how awful her staff is. I will never go back there and I highly recommend you find anywhere else to spend your hard earned money. Get an exam maybe because the optometrist is great and you will have a comprehensive exam with her, but take your prescription and run.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came in January hoping to find a reputable practice to start new care. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and helpful, so I've given two stars for that. The clinic staff, on the other hand, is NOT. I came in for a glasses prescription and told the doctor that while I needed contacts, I couldn't afford both at the time. He told me there was some sort of state program that can help pay for contacts when they're medically necessary (which mine are).
I talked to office staff on that day and and they said they would mail the proper paperwork to get that started, but it'd take 4-6 weeks to hear back from the state. So, I called the office back a month later, and they assured me they'd sent the paperwork (they even gave me a specific date of January 7th for mailing it), but to expect it to take another month as the state takes a long time. Well, here we are on March 11th, and i've called the office again only to have them tell me they have no record of this.
I have to call back tomorrow when the doctor is back in the office apparently as all "contact lense matters are up to the doctor". I'm filing a state board complaint immediately after this. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any clinic, especially when I was assured previously that everything was on track. Looks like I'm gonna be looking for a new doctor ASAP.

Told them i needed the glasses for my class A physical.gave them an entire month to get me my glasses.i insisted on getting whatever glasses woukd come the fasetest yet they insured me it did t matter as it would take up to two weeks at most.were at start of week four now and they told me they havent even sent the frames of to company who takes 2weeks to do there part.so now i have to take a physical and hope i can pass eye test or lose my liscense

Impersonal, wrong prescription, poor quality frames, ill-adjusted. Dr moved the bifocal line so low in the glass, its unusable. I explained at the time i picked up my new glasses. They said there was no alternative. Ladies behind the desk had to re-adjust junky frames many times over 6 months. I warned them "they keep falling off. Im afraid their going to break". Eventually broke, tried to charge me for new frames. I had my insurance company call them. They were rude to my representative. Great location.
