Scheduling was fairly smooth. Billing was straight-forward. Office staff is friendly. Doctors are more than competent and provide time for questions and listen to answers. Facilitating getting medication for eye laser surgery was also hassle free and affordable. Consultation was very thorough and used actually fun and very advanced tech equipment.

The actual laser surgery was much quicker and easier than I could have ever imagined. I received SMILE. Expensive but great decision! I could see immediately after the surgery. Office provided me safety sunglasses to prevent debris entering my eyes while outside and comfortable "glasses" to wear at night to keep from rubbing my eyes. One week after surgery, I have 20/15 vision!

Super fast, efficient, service. Getting an appointment was quick and painless. Everyone there is professional and knowledgeable and personable. And 20/20 eyesight on the day after my SMILE operation?!?! Waaaat! Hell yeah! I have nothing but great experiences!

The ENTIRE team at LaserVue Eye Center was and has been fantastic from start to finish. I was able to schedule my initial consult online to learn about the process and costs, and then scheduled an in-person visit easily. The actual procedure was very quick! Recovery was 1 day, and I was back to work the next day. My vision before surgery was pretty good, 20/30, and I always wore glasses for movies, driving, sports, etc. After surgery, I am 20/15! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with my Lasik. I have more than perfect vision now. The healing process was quick and painless. Everyone was so nice at the office and they were very reasonable regarding price and payment. I was very scared for the procedure but Dr. Bansal and his assistant were very professional and the procedure only took five minutes. I wish I would have done this yers ago and I highly recommend getting it done and getting it done at LaserVue.

I was blind, but now I see. No really, I had horrible vision but the team at LaserVue Eye center were PHENOMENAL! Dr. Bansal did a fantastic job and the entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to see the following morning and now a month out I am almost at 20/20 vision! Would highly recommend!

Painless and very easy lasik surgery. My eye doctor recommended them and I signed up the next week. The day of my surgery they were very calm and put my mind at easy. Not even 5 minutes on the table and I have 20/15 vision now. I would recommend them to everyone.

Fast and painless, had smile eye surgery here 6 months ago, I had terrible vision before around could barely see 6 feet away. Now I'm at 20/20. The only minor inconvenience is putting eye drops for the first few months a few times a day! Highly recommended

I had a great experience with LaserVue Eye Center. I am 73 years old and had been struggling with spectacle management. Couldn't find the right glasses when I needed them day to day. I am now 10 days post-second eye lens replacement. My vision is as good as it was when I was young. The procedure was well explained and was extremely efficient.

They explained exactly how to prepare for the eye surgery and what to expect. The surgery itself was very quick and painless. The day after surgery, I could read without glasses for the first time in 25 years. The hardest part for me is putting in the eye drops. They are needed several times a day for a few weeks post-surgery. That's my biggest issue. So I drafted my wife to help with that effort. I highly recommend LaserVue if you are thinking of getting this done.

Their service has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are all nice and friendly. I got their ICL procedure as per their recommendation on their free consultation. They are absolutely thorough and transparent with any questions you ask. The wait for the procedure is not long. I was always taken care of even when there were people ahead of me.

The ICL procedure was not painful at all. It may have been a tad bit uncomfortable, though, personally I was just someone who could not sit still so that's on me. If you have a high prescription and don't want to wear glasses or contacts anymore, this is the place to fix that!

And why didn't I do this sooner? Seriously. 100%, this was an awesome experience. From start to finish, this is one of the most professionally run medical offices I have ever been to. talk about a well-oiled machine. It's been a month now since my procedure and I couldn't be happier. It really is a trip to wake up in the morning and not have to pop on glasses or put in contact lenses.

No more dry or watery eyes. No more feeling like I have something stuck in my eyes. My husband goes for his procedure there in a couple of weeks. I'm honestly so excited for him! A huge thank you to LaserVue Eye Center!

I had lasic done here and I am very happy. I had some difficulties right after the procedure, I had to visit the doctor several times, but in about three weeks I felt much better and now I can't emagin what my life would be like if I did not have the lasic done. It's amazing how modern technology can change one's life. Everyone who I encountered at this clinic was helpful, I wish they didn't have to rush every time you speak to them.

I recently got an eye exam from LaserVue Eye Center Clinic Director Francesca Sefton, OD, and I am very happy with the experience. Dr. Sefton asked a lot of good questions and worked hard to understand my rather complicated situation and needs. And Dr. Sefton made very efficient use of my time, accomplishing a whole lot during a mercifully quick appointment. She is thorough and conscientious, and also very cool. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody in need of vision correction services and procedures.

Incredible experience with everyone I encountered at LaserVue Eye center. Dr Lithgow was awesome on my initial visit to determine if I was a Lasik candidate at the Van Ness location. Maurice was able to schedule my procedure for 3 weeks later at the Santa Rosa location. The day of the procedure was great - everyone was super helpful and explained everything in detail. Dr Lithgow ran some confirmation tests before the procedure. Dr Bansal was wonderful - made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole procedure which was very quick with no pain.

Two weeks after my lasik and could not be happier. I could see 20/30 20 hours later and gets better and better every day. The staff at Laservue are wonderful and very caring. Dr Bansal is extremely nice and even was the one who called me back on a Sunday morning when I left a message to ask if I needed a new prescription as my antibiotic eye drops ran out a day early (I didn't).

My surgery was so fast my husband didn't even have time to finish a work email. I felt very taken care of and all follow up appts easily scheduled with reminder texts as well. Highly recommend Laservue! There isn't a weak link in the bunch!

Writing this review 30 days after my LASIK procedure and couldn't be happier with the result and the overall process. There are a lot of good options for LASIK or other procedures, so I take into account the overall process when choosing between different providers. I had a pushy sales experience with a place near fisherman's warf on beach street and then went here afterward and the experience was night and day. The folks at Laservue weren't pushy at all, very informative and had great overall customer service. I've got 20/15 vision and it's great!

I went to Dr. Bansal after reading dozens of glowing reviews online, and he and his staff did not disappoint. They were prompt and attentive throughout the entire process, and did their due diligence, including making sure to have pre-approval from my ophthalmologist. My vision is better than it ever was with contacts, with my quality of life much improved.

My eyes were a little itchy, but I barely noticed it after about 10 days, and now (5 weeks out) I barely use the artificial tears at all. My eyes are sometimes itchy, but only like 1/10 and most days I don't notice it at all. Thanks, LaserVue!
