I went in for a procedure and the staff and experience was wonderful! Megan is an amazing RN who took wonderful care of me. Treated me as family, eased my nerves, answered all my questions. She brings joy to what was a kind of scary thing. Tony, anesthesia, was very knowledgeable and passionate about his career as well!

I've been seeing Dana McCabe at the Fort Calhoun clinic for quite a few years now. Every visit to the clinic, I am greeted with a warm welcome from Corinne at the front desk. The staff at this clinic are always attentive, professional, and empathic. They truly do care about their patients. I feel very comfortable going to this clinic, and I do not plan on going anywhere else.

Last visit to ED with a virus and some history of health complications, I was treated, health history researched, labs and diagnostics performed and while waiting I received iv fluids. The process took about 4 hours which seemed about right bc I'm no spring chicken! They also had good communication with insurance and primary Doc.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the both the hospital and clinic. I had a little bit of a rough pregnancy and they did nothing but make sure I was OK. I at first did not have any health insurance as I was in the middle of immigrating here from Canada and even though I did not quilify for any financial assistance they worked with me to make payment arrangements to pay for a $2800 bill.
I was living with my mother in law at the time and there was no expectation for her to help me with the bill at all. Just myself being accountable to pay the bill. When I did end up getting health insurance the transition was completely painless. I was accidentally billed for some things after my insurance kicked in, but all I needed to do was talk to them and they made sure that the charges were taken off and billed to my insurance company.
In my last trimester I had braxton hicks and ended up going to the ER 3 or 4 times. At no point was I made to feel stupid or silly. They immediately sent me to the maternity ward and they made sure to tell me that they would prefer me to be there rather than anywhere else. They put my mind at ease even though it was a false alarm. I had a very difficult delivery, and all the staff there made sure that I was doing OK.
The anesthesiologist was amazing and so kind. I had to have an emergence C section and he was right there with my husband to make sure that I was calm and knew that everything was OK. Both doctors and nurses were so kind and even when I had a little bit of a break down during delivery they made sure that both my husband and I had everything we needed and wanted.
They were a source of information and help. When our son was born and we need some rest they rolled him out to be with them at the nurses station so that we could rest a little bit. This hospital has been such a blessing to me and my family and would always suggest to go to this hospital.

Tried to get on financial assistance because I can't afford the payments they want me to make. They wanted my dad's information since I live with him but he doesn't pay for anything of mine and I even pay him rent. He wrote a letter saying that I pay for my own stuff and I pay him rent. They denied me saying that I should have my dad help me pay for my $3400 hospital bill. So now if I don't pay this amount in 10 days my bill goes to collections. Worst hospital to work with on payments. Don't go here if you're stuck in a financial situation.
