Dr. Urquhart wants to be your first choice for all of your cosmetic, reconstructive, and rejuvenative needs. Dr. Urquhart grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Birmingham Southern College for his undergraduate education. His medical degree was obtained from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed a full five year general surgery residency at The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and subsequently became Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery.After completing his general surgery residency, he completed a full plastic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga where he underwent extensive training in not only cosmetic surgery, but surgery of the hand, facial trauma, burns, and major reconstruction.

Most cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. However, in some cases, procedures that are deemed medically necessary may be covered. A $60 consultation fee is required for cosmetic consultations. Procedures that may be covered by insurance require the usual copay based on insurance coverage.

I am 3 weeks out and I am very pleased with my results so far. All the staff was very friendly but there is one person that went the extra mile for me. Her name is Courtney and I absolutely adore her. I would definitely recommend Dr. Urquhart. He done an amazing job and has always had so much respect. I plan on using him again in the future. I'm recovering from my breast implants that were done by dr urquhart, and I'm overly pleased so far. The nurses and doctor go over an beyond to make sure your comfortable, and treat you like they've known you years. I went in so nervous but they insisted they handle every fear I had an they did. Nurse Courtney even went as far as checking in on me hours later at home.
I recommend getting procedures done here, if your looking for someone to tell you the truth an not just take your money an don't what you say when in the end your way may be the wrong way. I wanted bigger an any other doc would have took my money and did it and in the end I'd been bothered with problems. He's just straight honest with what's need for you, an won't do something he knows in the long run won't work out for you. I'm very happy with my experience, and I've I ever choose to have anything done this is where I'll be going and telling everyone else to go!
