Prestige Medical Spa

I really needed to destress and tbh I have been neglecting myself for a long time. After a pretty stressful morning I decided to schedule a facial. The lady that answered the phone was so sweet she got me set up with an appointment for 2ish yesterday. I came in 5min early to fill out paperwork and a lovely younger woman came to the waiting room walk me to the my own private room for my facial.

Bed bed was to comfortable, I probably could have fallen asleep but the young lady was so engaging we chatted the whole time. She was very gentle with my face and took her time to do a great job. My skin feels amazing. I have gotten several comments about my glowing skin today. I am so thankful for this spa trip. They are the best! I will definitely go back!

My first ever spa experience, and I must say I loved it. The place is absolutely beautiful! You are in a robe, feeling so relaxed. I did a facial and a massage, and it is the most relaxing experience. From the lounge room, to the actual massage, it was just wonderful. The ladies are so nice. It was well worth it, and I will 100% return.

I recommend Erica if you need your legs, under arms, eye brows waxed. She is good!

Over the years I have used the Prestige Medical Spa for face fillers. Each time, I have had an excellent experience. The staff has always been professional. I highly recommend their services.

Elaine was extremely professional and so nice. She was very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to more laser treatments with her for my rosacea. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and what I thought might be painful was actually a VERY relaxing experience. The treatments are also much more reasonable in cost than I thought they would be.

I had an appointment for an hour long massage at 11:15. I arrived at 11:10 to sign in and was taken to the dressing room to change into a robe and slippers. I was then ask to sit in the waiting room and fill out some paperwork. Then the waiting began. 12:10 rolled around and I became a little impatient. At 12:15, I went to change back into my clothes, went to the front desk and told the girl I would have to reschedule.

The girl looked at me a little strange. As I walked out the door, the girl from the front desk ran after me to apologize because she did not know I was in the waiting room for a massage. I was forgotten about. She said she would speak to the manager and reach out to me to make this right. It has now been over a week and I have not heard from anyone. I could have made an appointment anywhere else and choose Prestige Medical Spa. Big mistake and waste of time.

Erica gives the ultimate facial. I go there to relax and unwind and feel really refreshed when I leave. The staff are exceptional and the Spa is very clean.

Today was Katie's first day and I feel beyond blessed to have been her first patient. She did an amazing job and I will be requesting her for all future visits!!

My Daughter bought me an hour massage for Mother's Day. I wanted a deep tissue massage, not just a light rub down. When I went back, I got a light rub down! When I asked about the one I wanted I was told that she was off! After I waited two weeks to come in when she was on shift! I was very disappointed! Haven't been back!

Friendly customer service and very knowledgeable on services they provide. I like the atmosphere of this spa and the facial I received yesterday. Thanks to everyone who made me feel like a valuable customer.

I was very disappointed in the overall experience at this spa. I have been to numerous spas in the past and considering the prices that they are charging was less than impressed. First, after checking in, their wall lockers would not actually lock since all of their locking mechanisms were not working correctly. Second, there was not a hot tub, sauna, or steam room in the men's waiting area.

They did have 1 shower but there was no large towels when you were done or wash towels so I had to dry myself off with hand towels. The massage itself was okay, but the therapist was 1 minutes late from when the massage was supposed to start and for some reason smelled a little like expired milk. Considering that they were not using aroma therapy of any kind in the massage room, this was very distracting and unfortunate when you are trying to relax and de-stress. I would not recommend this place for men and will not be going back.

I absolutely Love this place! Everyone has been so pleasant and accommodating. I've had a few treatments so far given by Johanna and felt completely at ease. The prices here are great! The quality of service is even better! Thanks so much!

The massages and facials are amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I went for a pedicure and manicure tho, and the nail tech was condescending and my nails ended up looking terrible. They were not fully painted, there are bubbles and they are not uniform. Very disappointed and will not be back for nails.
