He currently provides care for patients at Special Care for Women in Anniston, Alabama. Dr. Richmond earned his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his residency in gynecology at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

The staff is always welcoming. They answer the phone promptly and the lady at the front desk has been extremely welcoming and friendly. The triage lady is also super friendly! Doctor Richmond has went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in his office as well as answered all of my questions (as a first time mom I have many haha) and stays on top of all my concerns. 5 stars just isn't enough. His staff and himself all deserve 100 stars! I recommend him to all my friends and family. If you're a first time mom I definitely recommend doctor Richmond!

Everyone on office staff is super nice, attentive, very informative, and very caring. Dr Richmond had an emergency pop up for a patient. The staff let me know what was going on and offered to reschedule. They even came into the room and checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I waited and I am so glad I did. Dr Richmond was a very wonderful man.
He came in and listen to all of my issues and handled them individually. Explained so much to me and helped me understand why my body was doing this. I would recommend anyone who has infertility issue to also see him. I wasn't even being seen for that issue in his office that day but he wanted to go ahead and handle it. This doctor is definitely one in a million and cares about your individual needs.
You are not just a body in his office. *Also I would like to say the front desk lady was super nice. You dont see that in many offices especially at the end of the day when everyone is tired and ready to go home. She did not skip a beat and was very nice and helpful.

Dr Richmond is the best! He has helped me so much since going to him from another well known Dr. during a pregnancy at 35 weeks. His staff is the best. I'm usually in and out in an hour. His office is so clean and tidy. Never overbooked. He thoroughly looks over your chart and takes his time to speak with you. I Am so lucky to have found him, I wish it would've been much sooner. I will never use anyone else. Thank you All!

Dr. Richmond and his staff are amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Richmond seen me through my first pregnancy. He was very good at answering and addressing all of my questions and concerns. I ended up having a c-section and Dr. Richmond delivered my beautiful baby boy without any complications. Im absolutely glad to have chosen Dr. Richmond and his staff and I would recommend anytime.

I absolutely love Dr. Richmond! He is such a personable physician that makes me feel comfortable talking about my feminine needs. However, the young lady that's the receptionist at the front desk could be friendlier. She called me up and said I need your co-pay. No smile, no hello, no how are you today, just I need your copay. It's $30! She's the first face you see in this office so it should be welcoming and friendly!
