Always clean and excellent service in the psychiatrist and social worker area. The nurse are so kind.

Hangs up on you, very rude, do not care about people or their health. Avoid. *** Wish I could leave more bad reviews as most their good reviews are from employees that work there lol that's sad

I've been coming here my whole life and the doctors have always been some of the best but the lady who answers the phone for obgyn has always been extremely rude. This time she actually HUNG UP on me while I was trying to ask her a couple questions. She made me feel rushed when I was trying to reschedule my appointment.

I want to give five stars to the MMC team I have the opportunity of working with every day. Rating websites can influence readers negatively who may take ratings at face value. As someone who works in the clinic I can tell you my perspective is the individuals who work here care deeply about the well-being of the patient. The clinic receives a lot of positive praise on various outlets of expression; Google ratings being just one of many.

For example, many of the patients I see in-person praise specific medical providers for their individualized care. They tell me they feel like they are in good hands. I want to make sure their stories are represented too. Thanks for all who read and remember to keep on the sunny side of life!

This place is full of bad people! First off the therapist Mr.chinners, is into devil worship and very rude behind your back, secondly, they act like some form of an occult witch covet or something. Third, there psychological doctors prescribe off the wall medications for the wrong reasons, unheard of prescriptions. Very weird practice. Should be shut down. WHAT THEY NEED IS COMMON SENSE AND NURSES WITH ACTUALLY MINDS THAT THINK LIKE ADULTS.

I can't thank this clinic enough from the staff outside helping me get my mom out the car an etc went beyond there jobs its the happy to help for me Dr broughton is amazing i cant thank him enough for healing my moma n getting her back to self after a long rodeo Thank u broughton yiu2 amazing dont forget it

I was skeptical at first because the initial conversation I had with the lady that answered the phone when I called. She wasn't very pleasant and seemed like I was bothering her but I am glad I didn't let her get me in a mood that would make me turn away from an eye appointment. The rest of my experience was awesome! The optical department was so nice and sweet and very thorough with my eye exam.

I have never gotten such an exam but I believe the doc did what is truly a actual eye exam unlike my past eye doctors. I got my prescription and was on my way without alot of waiting or hassle. Since I was passing through I went ahead and got checked for Covid. Once again the staff made the visit enjoyable other than probing my nose w a q-tip. The whole experience I had while I was there made me feel like I was truly hanging out with my own family, even including the impolite sister that I have to deal with on the phone some times

Absolutely worthless. It's really sad that y'all would wait until there is a serious need for testing to start turning people away. ESPECIALLY after it was BROADCASTED on the news that y'all would be offering drive through testing. I am a previous patient and was told I'd receive a phone call from a nurse, that never came through. If you have the test, USE THEM

The medical part of clinic is great, but the eye department is terrible, gave me wrong glasses prescription, after I had glasses made couldn't c thru them, they redid my prescription for free an admitted it was there mistake, but refused to pay the 210 to fix my glasses, so I paid for there mistake

Kuddos to the after hours answering service. I can't say the same for Dr. Doyoun. When she finally called back she had an attitude and mentioned my call was not an emergency. As I'm trying to explain my concern she is loudly out talking me and breathing heavily while I'm explaining. Very unprofessional. I thanked her for her time and assured her I would go see a doctor that is concerned.

This clinic has really gone downhill under current management. They make appointments for you and don't notify you they made the appointment! Then call you angry that you missed your time slot. They also use advanced Practioners to save money so it's impossible usually to see a MD. And a lot of problems and rx's require an MD. They also push vaccines and if you refuse any they get very aggressive and make suggestions that you will die for not getting a Pneumonia vaccine for example. I'm done with this clinic.

The front staff of the adult healthcare center is rude and snobby! Imm even met one nurse there she was an angel I forgot her name and my therapists are amazing too and they were okay to me in my pregnancy in 2019-2020 they didn't seem so welcoming but it's okay

In my opinion as a person and an educator, Mostellar Medical Center is a joke. They are only suited to serve those people who have minor illnesses. They refuse to help with service of severe illness to obtain help needed example disability. They send you in circles only to give the same answer of no. When did they loose their "MORAL" and good sanction to help those in need.

I have heard many, many cases of this office being one of the worse facilities in helping particularly case. I know there are some who has to go to this facility because of lack transportation and just the accommodation of being close, but in my "TRUE and HONEST opinion, you need to take yourself and love ones to a better facility. One which cares and provide property treatment and help for you and your love ones.

The doctor turn over and not knowing their patients issues is shameful and for those who has never experienced this, I pray you never do. Not even a 1 star. Patients are the reason why you come to work I'd its justbfor a pay check, you need to clock out!
