Dr. Single was super nice and truly cared! Actually all the staff was friendly! I didn't feel uncomfortable at all like most doctor and dentist office!

I was very Pleased with the care I received at Bennett & BLOOM EYE Centers. The Doctor's, Nurses, and Technicians were very pleasant also my Cataract Surgery went very Well. I would Highly recommend Bennett and Bloom to anyone seeking EYE Care!

9/30/2021 - We were there 2 hours total waiting for the doctor to see my 80 y.o. mom. The nurse or technician treated my mother very poorly. The technician was loud and rough with her almost to the point of being abusive. I came so close to telling her to back off. My mom was having a little trouble following her instructions and the technician started yelling at her and shoving her hands and arms. Very poor manners. She made my mother very nervous.

Best eye doctor ever around. They truly care. You couldn't go anywhere better than this office. It's not even just the doctors who are amazing here, the nurses are as well. My daughter was ignored at another office and they bent over backwards to find a solution for her. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Blair is a great doctor. All the other staff have been courteous, friendly and professional. Vao pleases with my cataract surgeries.

The assistant/tech and the doctor that worked with me with were very welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were patient instead of patronizing when I asked questions or needed a different explanation on something I didn't understand. Scheduling a follow-up visit was a painless process. I highly recommend Bennett & Bloom and look forward to my next visit.

I recently was referred to Bennett & Bloom for an eye issue. I was referred on a Friday and was scheduled for Monday, quicker than I thought. Dr. Ian did a thorough examination of my eyes and I was pleased that it wasn't anything serious. He was extremely pleasant and professional. I had been to this eye center before with family members and was impressed with how they were treated. I definitely recommend them to anyone

I was scared. Couldn't see out of left eye. Dr came in told me what she thought. Took pics. She told me I had to get a shot in my eye. She explained everything got everything numb and with the slightest distraction I never felt a thing. She was awesome and a great attitude.

I have had four surgeries with Bennett and Bloom. All were conducted with utmost care, expeditiously and with great results. When the Dupont Surgical Center attempted to give me grief and cancel my procedure over an up front payment, Penny (from Dr. Bloom's Office, ) called them and got it all worked out so that my surgery happened on time. THAN YOU PENNY!

I absolutely ADORE Dr Bloom! He is seriously and without a doubt the most kind, caring and empathetic doctor I have ever seen in my 65 years on this earth. The staff always takes wonderful care of me. They schedule my appts very early so I am never late for work and I am always in and out of the office in 30 minutes or less, dilation and all. I trust them completely with my very precious eyes and will never go anywhere else.

Dr Singal is a wonderful doctor. Always professional, pleasant, and cares for his patients. He earns an A+ every time I meet with him. I recommend him without reservation. You will be happy with him and Bennett and Bloom.

My mom recently had surgery to fix a macular pucker. The surgery took place at Norton's in Louisville which is about an hour away from where she lives. Fortunately, there is an office much closer to her for rechecks. This was most helpful as she needed to be rechecked the day after surgery and then 1 week after. Not only was their office clean and well-maintained, but the staff there seemed professional, friendly and helpful.

There was a long wait, but I guess that's to be expected with a thriving practice such as theirs. Also, she made an appointment for late in the afternoon as I had to drive a couple of hours to get her to take her in. Her eyes are improving and she will return for another recheck in 7 weeks.
